Excellent service. 9 new vans coming our way

David was super helpful throughout the process of leasing our van - he was always able to answer any questions & explain things properly (I am clueless when it comes to this kind of thing) We usually use a national company for our van leasing and this was supposed to be a one off but because of the service provided I think we will always use van ninja going forward!

Avoid this company !!! approx 15k out of pocket and they could not care less sold me a used van for approx £24k, within roughly 6 weeks the van broke down and needed to be recovered to a nearby garage, i called Van Ninja and was told to deal with the warranty company and given the details, the issue that transpired is the van was totally wrecked and the warranty is only 3k cover (currently i have an 11k bill plus 7k replacement van hire bill) We have been sold a dodgy van with major underlying issues, i told the lady at Van Ninja about the issue with the warranty and she said not to worry, we know the RAC is only covering 3k but we wont just leave it with you, we will help, it was then escalated to her MD who has told us they wont help us and so basically its my problem and not theirs. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, the whole process of buying the van was smooth, they could not of been more helpful, the second something went wrong they didn't want to know would give less than a star if possible !!!

Very happy with the service from Van Ninja! My van feels completely brand new and couldn't be happier with it. Special thank you to Olivia Hornby as well. She was so quick with getting back to my queries and was always on hand to help when needed.

Overall satisfied with van ninja, delivery took place when it was promised, however brand new van arrived needing a clean and vac inside, aerial wasn't installed and yellow writing on the window. Small things that could and should of been done before handover

I am honest whit you about the service which you and the other girl made this operation leasing has been amazing really a big congratulations for the job because has been fast and concrete But because I am honest I have even to say that for 42.000 pounds of value I was aspected a new model of Movano but anyway about this van is no bad but no really powerful and strong anyway I can’t say I am not happy

Overall everything was ok but After signing the lease documents I didn't have a delivery date. I made multiple phone calls to try and find out the date, the people I spoke to were polite but couldn't give me any idea. I found this very frustrating especially as on the day I was told the delivery date I had already phoned that same morning only to be told 'we don't know when we are getting the vehicle, it's out of our hands'. In the end it was just over 5 weeks wait which in my opinion was too long for a vehicle which was supposed to be in stock. I was told 3 to 4 weeks originally. I was very pleased to receive delivery of the vehicle on 16th June, However the is an intermittent fault with the electrics. Sometimes you can not turn on the air con at all, adjust the radio volume, adjust the fan speed which is stuck on full blast, and the buttons to access settings for the radio, phone, driver functions, vehicle setting do not work. Sometimes they do and so they don't. It really is very frustrating and I do not know what to do other than try and get it fixed at a local Vauxhall vivaro garage? Not great for a brand new van.
