I have another name on my tickets not mine I rang to ask about this and was told to get to show early because viagogo would have sold same tickets over again so may not get it is this correct
I have bought Tickets from this company for a Kiefer Sutherland concert in Paris double the price that they should be I have received e-tickets straight away. are these legitimate tickets I see some have had e tickets refused entry on.
Tickets for rod stewart 1st June paid £200 really special day for us , getting really bad reports about the company, when are the tickets arriving please . If there not we have a hotel room already booked be some serious questions which will need to be answered
My tickets were flagged at the entry and we were taken to one side to review the resellers list and my tickets were under a different name, but no issues really other than a nail biting 5 mins considering I paid over £500 for 2 tickets. Had tickets for another concert 2 months ago and everything was fine.
Have bought very overpriced George Ezra Tickets for 8th March at Leeds, have been told we have to collect tickets at O2 on the night.....very worried to say the least
Are tickets that are directly in front of one another on separate rows classed as being sold together or do I need to list them separately for sale?

Steer clear of this company, I got ripped off last February for the petshop boys, Viagogo lied and lied saying I would get my tickets and I didn't get them. Viagogo staff will be on their bikes in the Swiss Alps spending everyone's money.

Hi - I've ordered tickets through Viagogo and as much as I was annoyed that they added VAT and other charges late in the payment process, I still accepted this went through to complete. In the main, are people getting valid tickets, but obviously paying more than they'd want to - or are invalid tickets rife from this company ? Any help appreciated, to either calm my nervousness that I'll turn up and won't get in, but if the tickets are fine for admission, then I just have to come to terms with the price paid - which hopefully the concert concerned will make up for! :-) Any thoughts/comments appreciated.
hi i bought 3 tickets from viagogo last thursday for the radio 1 biggest weekend here in swansea for the 26th of may. Only thing is now after reading all the bad reviews viagogo has gotten i feel like i've been ripped off. i'm worrying now because viagogo say i won't be able to collect my tickets till the day of the event from the seller which is a red flag to me now. And i'm assuming these tickets are fake and that's if i receive any and if anyone will be at the pick up location to give them to me. Cause on the instructions given i have to pick them up from a viagogo pick up location here in swansea. Also it says we will be accompanied by the seller to gain entry into the event. any suggestions shall i go and see what happens or not ?

I purchased the tickets below on 1 May 2017 ie 3 to see Queen and Adam Lambert at the O2 on 12 December 2017. I paid £545.95 in total. However, one of the ticket holders has asked me to query this as the price on the tickets ie £79 + £1.75 + £10 = £90.75. This x 3 = £272.25. The price we were charged is equal to double this. Is this a mistake or are we being charged twice on purpose. If this is the case surely the tickets should reflect this.
Please enlighten me.
