"Unbelievable! Had to return the item and we were not refunded the full amount, but charged shipping costs of 10 euros. Where is there something like that? One is not informed of this when ordering or upon delivery. Vitkac is not recommended!"

"Wish I could give -1000. Ordered a wreath for $45 & received a broken piece of plastic. A picture of the wreath I thought I ordered. Stay away from here thieves. American address but comes with the always bad Asian letters on envelope. Yea, my WREATH was smashed in an envelope!"
