“I had to return a ring so I followed their instructions and used their return label only to be told that they would have to pay custom fees and therefore would not accept my return. This is been going on for weeks now and I haven't got a refund or the ring back. Their customer service is extremely poor and I would never use this company again.”

I purchased a handbag from VITKAC online because it was slightly cheaper than at other stores. However, the experience has been far from worth the savings. I've had to waste time on emails and dealing with the headache of their return process.
The handbag had a stitching issue, so I returned it. However, VITKAC claimed that a tag was missing from the return. I'm certain that the mentioned tag was never delivered to me. Unfortunately, I didn't film the unboxing, so I have no proof.
Despite many emails, they refused to check their CCTV footage from when the bag was packed. Now, I'm stuck waiting for them to return a bag with a quality issue back to me. This has been a very unpleasant shopping experience with VITKAC.”

I have very bad experience with this company.
Have ordered a bag but found some quality issue so I returned it with everything. Too bad that I didn’t film the whole process. After returned the order, they said that I didn’t return their tag and do not accept my return.
Their tag was not attached to the bag when I received it. It was hang loose on the shoulder strap. And the shoulder strap was undone at that time.
I will never buy anything from this company ever again!
If you do, I recommend you to film the unboxing and everything.”

“Customer service is extremely poor - returned two dresses with postage label supplied which were not recognised by either 2 different DHL approved shops or the post office and eventually I had to pay the postage at my own expense just to get the parcel returned. Vitkac are now refusing to either pick up the parcel from their local post office in Poland and pay customs charge (I had fixed the customs form THEY sent as instructed to the front of the parcel so there should be no charge) or refund my money … scammers …. avoid this company!!”
“I ordered a pair of sneakers to Armenia. The delivery with UPS was scheduled for 30th of December. On 10th of January there wasn't any update. UPS wasn't respond. I've informed support of VITKAC that if package isn't delivered until January 18th , I will not able to receive it. So, it wasn't delivered and I asked them to cancel shipment and make a refund. They told that they will refund money after receiving the package back. After a month I don't have an idea where is the package and will I receive my money back or not.”

Tried returning a parcel, the labels provided for returns did not work when dropping to dhl, since I have been sent 2 new labels which also did not work, they then said dhl would come to my home address to collect, no date no time just wait in until they show which they DIDNT still waiting for the parcel to be collected this has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. If you order anything from this company then make sure you do not need to return!”
“I think this may be a scam company. Item didn’t arrive, Contacted their Customer Service dept, waited 11 days and finally received an email telling me that I needed to wait to hear from UPS before they would help. I waited a further 5 days, nothing from UPS, contacted Vitkac again asking for a refund, 8 days later they told me that they can only refund me once UPS confirm they have my parcel. That was the last communication they sent me, it’s now been 7 weeks, no further word from Vitkac. PayPal refunded me in full.”

So, 17th July- order placed. The week after the show begins! UPS kept rescheduling with no explanation. Then they kept rescheduling saying the address is not full (What???)Then I was receiving messages twice like: delivery attempted, but we need adult signature (I've ordered to work address, where I'm front receptionist and all sort of deliveries for the whole building are coming through me). So they lied about attempts, as how could they try to deliver if prior to this the message was: the address is not full???
The status on UPS site since 29th of July says - returning to sender. I've contacted Vitkac customer services firstly on 23rd, then 28th as they did not reply on the first email, I explained the whole situation, attached screenshots for UPS notifications, Vitkac confirmed, that they do experience difficulties with international deliveries through UPS, recommended me to sign up for the product I've ordered and once it will be back in stock, that's how I'd know it's been returned, offered me 10% discount for my next order and stated that they can't refund money until receive the order back. UPS keeps showing "returning to sender".
The guy's name on customer communication was Igor, I've emailed to him again for the updates on the 5th, 9th,12th of August-no reply! No refund and the item is not back in stock.”

In a past few days, I have tried to place an order with Vitkac.com multiple times but every time they email me saying the order is cancelled.
I have multiple accounts from different providers and to be clear this is not for credit; this is directly from my debit accounts that are all sufficiently funded. I called them and they have no idea how to process anything, they just say it was declined due to some protection system. So much protection, one cannot buy from them.
I tried with 4 different cards - Visa, American Express (Centurion and Platinum) and MasterCard. ALL DECLINED.
I also ask a friend to do it for me but HIS CARDS WERE ALSO DECLINED - Hopeless!!!
I contacted customer service and they said I should use PayPal but, guess what…. they don’t offer PayPal on their website!!
Furthermore, I asked "can I pay over the phone", again, this is not possible. It really is IMPOSSIBLE to buy from them.
I also suggested I can make a money transfer but they CAN'T secure garments I WANT but they would then have my money - which is indeed what I want to give them for the goods.
I have travelled and shopped all over the world and I never had such a BAD customer service experience. It’s truly awful and you basically CAN'T BUY anything.
