“I've been a customer of your's for a few years. Lately I've found the orders to be less than consistent. I will receive half of my order one week and the other half much later. I've even had to email your customer support to ask about finishing my order. There have been missing items. Inconsistent turnaround times. Sometimes one week, sometimes one month. I have actually begun looking for another supplier for my club. Please, I hope you can help with these issues.”

Thank you for your info. I was unable to find an email from you. Our return process is generally done online as noted in your order confirmation and on our FAQ page. That system allows you to retrieve a label immediately. However, we did email your return label today.
