Survey asks if my delivery was on time, i was never given a timetable for the deliver nor was i given any updates. The package just showed up 3 weeks later.”

Thank you for your info. I was unable to find an email from you. Our return process is generally done online as noted in your order confirmation and on our FAQ page. That system allows you to retrieve a label immediately. However, we did email your return label today.
