“The only follow up I received to my PAID order was an invoice asking for payment. I also received no expected delivery date when paying expedited shipping and just had to hope it would come in the timeframe I needed it. Returns are not guaranteed, and return shipping costs are deducted from your return amount. When trying to get help from customer service you are directed to a full voicemail and then disconnected. If trying to reach customer service by email they simply do not respond to your email. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my refund and don’t know if I’ll ever receive it at this point, because I cannot follow up on it.”

“I will say I have never had a problem, in the last 10 years, until this last order, 3 weeks ago. I ordered a minimum # of 1 color, along with other colors. Ordered minimum of 6, and 5 were picked and shipped. Called to explain, and still waiting, been more than a week now. Please let me know.”

“Excellent customer service! My order was out of stock, but I wasn’t informed and had to cancel my order. Customer service reached out and sent me a replacement at no charge. It wasn’t a big order, but I was very impressed that they reached out and went above and being to make things right when they didn’t have to. To me, that says everything about a company and how they care about their customers and service. Super impressed.”

“I work as a online dealer so I need pants with no pockets and the pants they provide me at the job are not my style of pants fits very yuropean. So I found you'll site on line this is my second pair of pants I ordered very satisfied and it's very hard to find pocket less pants anyhow,so this I'd my to go to place for my work pants don't need to search anywhere else.”
