“Although they offer a refund if you don't like their product, there is a restocking fee. Undisturbed I have very sensative skin and the pants gave me rug burn in my knees. They have a guide for sizes but when I measured myself and ordered occordingly, the pants were too big. So I wanted to exchange them, and wrote them an email saying such. They responded back asking to confirm what I was asking for but when I confirmed they never put in the exchange request or told me that I couldn't... when I finally got the second shipment those pants were also too big.
