“The only follow up I received to my PAID order was an invoice asking for payment. I also received no expected delivery date when paying expedited shipping and just had to hope it would come in the timeframe I needed it. Returns are not guaranteed, and return shipping costs are deducted from your return amount. When trying to get help from customer service you are directed to a full voicemail and then disconnected. If trying to reach customer service by email they simply do not respond to your email. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my refund and don’t know if I’ll ever receive it at this point, because I cannot follow up on it.”
