“As a regular purchaser of great products I find all the staff very helpful and easy to deal with. The purchasing processes is flexible, quick and efficient. On the very rare (and I mean rare) occasion things are not quite right issues are resolved quickly without fuss with resupply being within 24 hours, which makes dealing with them easy and great for business continuity.”

“We needed something sturdy to store back up generator service kits in, that would keep the parts safe and away from vermin while stored at site. We always have a "kit in hand" as the parts have been difficult to organise quickly. The Waterproof case, has proved ideal for this, plus we can padlock the case shut and even chain it within the container.”

“I phoned an order in at around 14.00hrs and paid for it. It was delivered the following day at 8.10 in the morning. You can’t get better service than that especially as it was close to Christmas.”

“Good options of waterproof cases, although confusing due to the quantity and costs. The sales chat box is useful for navigating through the different cases and it linked me to the final sale.I I asked for a grey Pelican case and received it the following day just in time for my travel. Unfortunately, the case sent was black, and due to my travel time, I couldn't return it.”

Hi Nigel, Thanks for your order and your review. In regards to the colour of the case we told you which colours were available when we spoke to you on the chat - this didn't include Grey. You then ordered Black. You never mentioned grey. We never told you that grey was available and you never ordered grey - if you check your order confirmation you'll see this is the case. We are happy to resend the chat transcript to you if you want also. You did briefly mention ordering in Green and we probably should have spotted that you then ordered Black (not green) and for this we apologise. I hope this clears things up.
