Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately for the case you ordered (Max Case MAX380H115) the manufacturer doesn't ship these to us in individual cardboard boxes, so we have to choose the closest cardboard box size that we can.
We are glad to hear the case arrived undamaged however and we'll see what other options are available to us for packaging in the future to improve the delivery experience for other customers.
