“While the product itself was in decent quality, I wasn’t too impressed with the condition of the delivery box, it was clearly not taken care of as it was warped and had holes in the cardboard. I appreciate that this is more FedEx’s fault, and I am grateful that the contents were okay. But I’d hope in the future this doesn’t happen again.”

Hi Boris, Thank you for your feedback on the delivery. We are glad that the item itself was completely undamaged. We generally ship items out in the boxes that the product was delivered to us in by the manufacturer, and that is what we did for your item. The vast, vast majority of the time the item and its packing reach our customers undamaged - but obviously we are disappointed in FedEx that the packing arrived so beat up this time. We've passed this onto our FedEx rep for them to look into, also Peli so that they can consider stronger boxes in future. Thanks again for your feedback. Waterproof Cases

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I note from the order history the foam you had was LD29 Foam, which we use on the vast majority of our jobs and without complaints. The coloured foam from the photo you sent after leaving this review tends to be LD33/ LD45 Foam - very similar, just a little denser. Had you sent us the photo or expressed an interest in denser foam when ordering we would of course have been happy to supply that instead. People mostly go for the LD29, except for heavy items where denser foam is needed or where a desire for particular colour pushes them to higher density (coloured foam is available in a smaller range of densities). I hope this explains things somewhat and hopefully helps you get foam more to your liking from us or other suppliers in future. If you have any questions please feel free to let us know. “Case very good,but packed very badly,box very weak,broken open at top,much too feeble for loose case inside,sticky tape insufficient ,case could be seen inside,could have easily been stolen ,although case undamaged ,please pack much more securely in future.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately for the case you ordered (Max Case MAX380H115) the manufacturer doesn't ship these to us in individual cardboard boxes, so we have to choose the closest cardboard box size that we can. We are glad to hear the case arrived undamaged however and we'll see what other options are available to us for packaging in the future to improve the delivery experience for other customers.
