I was impressed by the quick communication and the facility of live chat, which not all vendors offer. The company has excellent values by advocating for environmentally-conscious products. “The belt is great, it resembles real leather very closely and appears sturdy and well made! My complaint is with the shipping side of it - the package was shipped only one week after the order was placed even though I paid for shipping, which means it arrived to me in 2 weeks. Much slower than anticipated given their expected delivery times.”
