“I purchased this item with timely delivery on April 27. I have not received this item because of a delivery issue. I sent two emails asking about alternative options to overcome the issue or be issued a refund this week on the second week of May and I have been ignored by the company. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this site.”

“I paid £297 for several items. I automatically assumed all was dandy however there was a delivery issue. I am in United States and there is a standard safety protocol for the delivery company. Unfortunately I do not have what they are asking for and asked for alternative options or if not I'd need a refund. I left an email on Tuesday, expecting a timely response since the representatives have been very responsive. I did not receive a reply and gave a follow up on Thursday. I made two separate purchases on April 29, and May 4th. I still have not received any of the items.”

“The return policy is truly awful. Only a few days to report that you’d like to return something, you have to print it yourself within a limited number of days as well and get another limitation for sending it through. Oh and it’s less than a month. And the initial delivery fee is not refunded either. Won’t be ordering from them again.”

Hi Ioana, We have a 30-day returns policy and are happy to exchange or refund any item which arrives back to us within this time. It is true, we do not refund your original shipping charge, this payment is made to a 3rd party, so we are unable to refund it. The order we have for you is dated November 2020, can I check you intended this review for us?

“Waited very long as delivery screwed up last year (to be fair, covid issue? I think w&w refunded me the shipping too. But I missed friend’s bday timeline by a lot hence disappointing ) I am not impressed by the quality. Only pretty at first sight but The corners of the wallet, skin flaked/ tore/ wear just shortly after (within half a year), despite friend taking great care of it. It doesn’t last. Regret this purchase”

“Can you please contact me?! I havent received any parcel yet and it a Christmas present and also I paid for the courier service thorough DHL but then it’s been too long and when I took the track number and went to a DHL service center here, they informed me that it was shipped via postal mail which will take even longer!!!!! Then why i paid for express delivery??!!!!”

Hi there, I believe we are resolving this for you at the moment. Deliveries overseas are problematic with many restrictions hampering the delivery networks. The service you paid for is DHL International Post, which is a 7-14 day service. I am sorry it is taking longer that that, but we do now know the parcel has reached Dubai, so you should have it any day now.
