The most pleasant, accommodating company I have ever used. I ordered a desk which had a manufacturing flaw. WC responded immediately and within the week the flawed item was replaced. I was leary about buying furniture sight unseen, but it worked out well. I am impressed

Terrible service. I ordered a sectional then was told the purchased was canceled because of unforeseen tariffs. I purchased a new sofa elsewhere, but a day later got an email from Wayfair that they couldn't process "my" cancelation and charged my credit card. After spending a long time on the phone I was able to reverse the transaction. I had also purchased a desk and was told that I could delay the deliver date with FedEx. This turned out to be false - the delivery arrived on a date that I wasn't in the building and there way for me to get the package. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and will never use Wayfair again.

Not only get my order delivered time for christmas, but I have to wait five days for my money back.How's that fare. Not happy will never buy from them again.

I bought a tv stand with fireplace for $700 when I turned on the fireplace a smoke came out and an electric smoke smell , I called them but they said there is no return or exchange, I asked them to send someone to fix it at least, they said they don't do that too. I don't use the fireplace because it might cause a fire , very bad experience and the worse customer service. They didn't care for anything ,I sent them photos and video when I talked with them , I cant turn it on now to send extra photos Order no 4343805571

Despite good experience in the past, I purchased something yesterday and they called today to say it was double the price. Their mistake they should have honored it. I will now look elsewhere for the products and others in the future unless they can make amends

We ordered an adjustable bed and within hours realized we needed the massage feature. We cancelled and reordered the one we want. We had also ordered a mattress with the first order and stated that we wanted that mattress. So far, they have taken my money for 2 beds and a mattress. Not acceptable at all. Another problem we had was when we look at my orders there is nothing there. Does this mean we are getting nothing. Elderly people on pension and worried we have been taken. No bed to sleep on and no money. What company would do this to a 90 year old and 81 year old person. We are so sad.

Purchased a vanity with countertop. Installed in June...the top layer coating is coming off. After 2 hours if back and forth I was told a replacement would come..finalizing and confirming details to be told an hour later that unfortunately they will not honor the exchange!! I am a long standing client who has spent thousands over the years...such poor service! And cheap products!!

Worst experience ever when all we tried to do was purchase a set of dinning room chairs. First of all the order was duplicated then trying to sort this problem out the system must have got hacked and $50 was taken from our account. We asked Wayfair to cancel our order but told we couldn’t do that as our order has been shipped ? which I couldn’t understand as all they had to do was call the shipping company to return to their place also we found out that our order was going to the wrong address

These people obviously don’t understand good service and great selections. Wayfair is definitely one of the best places to shop. Farmhouse is my favourite. Love the furniture and the prices. Plan to buy more stuff . 👍👍

I’ve been a loyal Wayfair customer for years and have purchased many items without issue, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. I bought an area rug that went on sale just two days later, and it turned into a frustrating process to get any kind of price adjustment. I had to speak with three different customer service representatives, and no one seemed able to resolve the issue efficiently. The process took far too long, and in the end, I only received a small adjustment — even though the product itself wasn’t up to par. I’ve never experienced such inconsistent customer service from Wayfair before, and it’s made me reconsider shopping here again. It’s unfortunate because I used to really enjoy ordering from Wayfair, but this experience has changed my view entirely.

I ordered the Lynn Louis Back chairs and the holes to attach the legs on one chair is wrong leaving one leg shorter than the rest. My only option was to send it back or try and manage. As a senior who doesn't drive i decided to manage . I have one chair now with several washers added to make the leg longer a d two felt sticky pads to keep it from wobbling. This is the first time I have ordered from Wayfair and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Wayfair Canada was mixed. The product looked good in photos and arrived mostly intact, but the quality wasn’t quite what I expected for the price. Shipping was slower than promised, and when I reached out with a concern, the response was polite but not very helpful. It’s okay, but I felt it could have been better

I ordered a closet/armoire from Wayfair by Skyler Designs and it’s honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The quality is terrible — hardware was missing, some pieces were wrong, and the instructions were missing. The ones on Wayfair’s website were also incorrect. When we tried putting it together, the screws for the door went right through the front, the drawers don’t line up properly, the drawers don’t fit on the rails properly either and the top drawer hits the full-length closet door when you open it. I reached out to Wayfair, and they told me to contact Skyler Designs. I ended up speaking with Mike, the owner, who was rude and blamed us for assembling it wrong. I explained that parts were missing, the instructions were wrong, and the vinyl was already peeling — definitely not our fault. After a lot of back and forth, he finally agreed to send replacement parts and a new door. It’s now been almost a year, and after several emails with no response, we still haven’t received anything. Wayfair also refuses to help because too much time has passed. Bottom line: Don’t buy from Skyler Designs or Wayfair. The quality is awful, the customer service is even worse, and neither company stands behind their products. Save yourself the money and the headache.

Ordered a bench and it was very damaged. They said the replacement parts were delivered and they weren't.On the phone now with them been on hold for 30 minutes,like l have nothing better to do .

Not the best experience. The item I ordered looked good online but arrived with some damage, and the quality wasn’t what I expected for the price. Customer service was slow to respond, which made the whole process frustrating.

I purchased a set of lamps from Wayfair in 2022. They had a dimmer setting which stopped working after about a year. It wasn't a big deal to me. Now, both light switches have stopped working and just continue to spin around and around. I contacted Wayfair to see if they have a repair department or replacement option and was told there's nothing they can do. What a waste of money for 3 years.

I bought a dresser, and when it was assembled, and I am missing a screw for one of the drawers. I’ve contacted the number in the book and was told the number was changed so I called that number End it was a number alert necklace but gave me a different number.When i called they said it was a number for chair lift. Inow have a dresser with a drawer that tips and so makes the drawer stick.no phone number for wayfair.

I bought a recliner recently and I believe I got a used product. Even though the chair wasn’t used the foot section is all pilled and very stiff to open. Very unhappy with the chair and I feel I got a very inferior product.
