I bought a recliner recently and I believe I got a used product. Even though the chair wasn’t used the foot section is all pilled and very stiff to open. Very unhappy with the chair and I feel I got a very inferior product.

I ordered a bed frame and it came with a missing bracket. The manufacturer was not helpful at all but when I contacted wayfair they were very helpful a d se t me a whole new bed frame just real quick!!

Soooooo expensive, I found many items on Amazon Canada 30 to 80% cheaper than Wayfair Canada. It’s unbelievable! I don’t even bother shopping at Wayfair Canada anymore.

After sale service is the pits. Ordered a couch, box is 120 lbs and was left in the entry of the building, not in the lobby. I caught the delivery guys just in time and asked them to please bring the box to my appartment; NO, not in the instruction. I sent it back and contacted Wayfair: THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FEDEX POLICY. They expect a senior citizen, female, to take care of it. I should have opened an account with Fedex to instruct them where I wanted it delivered. Return fee was deducted from the refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Cinema chairs. Delivered to our front door. Ordered assembly, and paid extra. 4 100 lb boxes over 2 days. Nobody responsible to get it to lower level. WHAT. Never buy again.

I bought a double mattress(compacted in a box) and after the suggested time for item to decompress...it has a large air bubble sort of thing in the center of the mattress. I paid $333.00 and they are offering me $66.00 if I keep it. Return?? How could I possibly return item and shipping. Never ordering from them again. Just like Temu junk!

Very disappointed! Purchased 9x6 BBQ pergola received 8x6 pergola. Scratched and damaged also! It has been a nightmare to try to deal with their customer service. The status of my purchase is still showing as Delayed even though we received it last Thursday. I can't post review there because of this. I have been in contact with very useless customer service that just gives you the run about and makes you wait! So far they told me to fix the product with pliers! No worrd on sending me entirely different dimensions item! It has been the worst experience ever! We also tried to purchase larger pergola from them 2 month ago. They post one availability and than they changed it to delivery in October. This happened 2x and we gave up on the order. I regret I gave another chance with this BBQ gazebo, but I needed the 9x8 feet size which is hard to find. Received 8x6!

Purchased from Wayfair an expensive item at top dollar thinking I was buying aquality item and dealing with an online shop that cares...wrong on both accounts. Item defective right out of the box and Wayfairs only resolution is deal with the manufacturer even though Wayfair is the one that took my money for the defective item. Manufacturer suggesting a part that might fix the issue. Part being shipped, I'm expected to do the repair myself and manufacturer can't even offer proper instruction on how to replace. Suggested from both Wayfair & manufacturer some sort of discount to make up for all the inconvenience and trouble.....not a chance.

Wayfair, hands down the worst company to deal with for large, heavy purchases. I bought a bathroom vanity weighing 500 lbs. They delivered it to my first floor — and that was it. No “white glove” service, no help getting it to the second floor where it needed to be. What are customers supposed to do, carry a 500 lb. vanity themselves? It’s unreal that they sell products this heavy and don’t offer any option for in-home placement. Do yourself a favour and deal with a local company that can deliver and place your items where you need them.

Wayfair Canada is an absolute joke. I ordered a large area rug on May 9th, and as of today, it still hasn’t arrived. Every time I contact them, I get the same runaround: “It’s on the way.” Total lie. Out of frustration, I contacted the manufacturer directly—thankfully, they were honest—and guess what? The rug is sitting there with my name on it, ready to ship. The only reason it hasn’t been sent? Wayfair keeps telling them to hold it. Why? Who knows. They won’t give a straight answer, and I’m convinced they have no intention of ever shipping it. This feels like a scam. I paid in full, and all I’ve gotten in return is delay after delay and zero accountability. I strongly urge others to think twice before giving this company your money. Shameful business practices and pathetic customer service.

We bought a wooden coffee table and 2 wooden end tables from Wayfair. After a couple of 'adjustments' to the delivery time, we fianlly received them. The coffee table was 'patched' at the factory with a contrasting coloured wood filler that I took a photo of and sent to Wayfair with a request for replacement...No reply to my email. The end tables were so badly constructed that the bottom shelf would not attach as designed. I managed a work around, but to my mind, should not have had to. In summary, I strongly recommend against ordering ANYTHING from this company due to it's poor quality and lack of follow up to customer service.

We purchased a greenhouse from Wayfair Canada. Paid over 900. For it. Very cheap materials, haven't even been able to use it for one week! Not stable. Panels and the door flew off with mild winds. Caused us alot of stress trying to keep it together with the winds. They refuse to fairly compensate us!!

I ordered a pair of wingback chair covers as we recently adopted a kitten from the cat rescue organization. What a disaster. The delivery process is totally screwed up. I requested the order to be cancelled as it was very delayed and I was going to be away. I was lied to and all I received were canned fake empathy comments. Does Wayfair think we are children? Do not order from this company. They will not help you if there is a problem.

I ordered a sofa and a chair in separate orders. I waited in with a friend all day Saturday to help the driver carry the sofa. The sofa did not arrive. The delivery tracker from Fedex simply changed to another date. No explanation. I told FedEx to return it. to Wayfair after a lengthy text exchange with Wayfair. The chair was to be delivered on Wednesday so I worked from home to receive it. Needless to say it did not arrive. FedEx just changed the date at 17:00. I cancelled this order also. Do not waste your time and money. Just buy your stuff at an actual shop.

We ordered a coffee table from Wayfair for our daughter. It arrived with no difficulty and seemed to be a reasonable product. The problem was with the assembly. Since I live in a different city we paid to have it assembled for her. We set up a time and they cancelled on us twice. Each time with no notice. Had we not followed up with a phone call we wouldn’t have known until they didn’t arrive. My daughter wasted several hours waiting for the assembly person to arrive. They did refund us but this is unprofessional and not what we expected from Wayfair Canada. We hired a local company and they arrived and did an excellent job. Tom

I did 2 purchases. Not only did they not honour the shipping times but they lost one of my orders before it left the warehouse. I did a cancellation of the lost order and got a refund along with email. They then recharged me without any email notice and when tried to figure out why and to get refund reissued they said well we wouldn’t have done that and won’t do anything. So now I have to fight with my bank for the extra charge.

i ordered a left hand facing sofa and paid for it in mid January and received half of the sofa in March 18 Order #‌4361096495 and no info as to when or if the other half will be delivered Is the manufacturer still alive. Wayfair customer communication goes a long way
