“We ordered a coffee table from Wayfair for our daughter. It arrived with no difficulty and seemed to be a reasonable product. The problem was with the assembly. Since I live in a different city we paid to have it assembled for her. We set up a time and they cancelled on us twice. Each time with no notice. Had we not followed up with a phone call we wouldn’t have known until they didn’t arrive. My daughter wasted several hours waiting for the assembly person to arrive. They did refund us but this is unprofessional and not what we expected from Wayfair Canada. We hired a local company and they arrived and did an excellent job. Tom”
“Before you order from this company.!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. The items are let outside your door( rain , snow ...). If the item goes on sale after your purchase - NO PRICE-MATCH!! I will not order from them again.”
