“The customer experience has been atrociously bad.
1. I purchased swim shorts at the Paragon shop on May 4. Found out that the embroidery was not done in the way that I had discussed with the sales person (despite my request being logged into the Sandbar system)
2. Visited the Paragon shop on 10 AM, May 10. Store front was not open yet.
3. Upon my re-visit on May 10, I informed the sales person the request on the embroidery. Received a call from Danni and had to re-explain the request as there seemed to be a breakage of communication between her and the shop.
4. On May 12, received a follow up message (WhatsApp) from Danni, but again she confirmed the wrong information (which I have communicated numerous time over chat and a call).
5. May 13: item is still pending.”
“Hi, I don't usually provide feedback, but I felt compelled to do so as I spent $150 on a swim set that I can likely only wear once. I noticed that the bottom started pilling after I returned from my trip. I only handwashed it once, so I assume the damage might have been caused by sitting on a surface that caused abrasion. Still, I am quite disappointed that the ribbed material wasn't durable enough to withstand a day at the beach.”
“I was told my email would only be used to deliver an invoice. I am interested in returning my goods because of this and other messages I was assured would not occur.”
