The service and actual handling of the paperwork and ceremony were exceptional. All you could hope for. I would say to anyone on the fence, it's legit and you will get married and the ceremony will be nice (for what it is). You just have to look past the horrible, horrible communication leading up to it.

Trevor, I appreciate your honest review. With a different time zone, it's very hard to communicate. Also being that we can't give legal advice its difficult to answer questions. This is why we have a lot of pre-made emails and videos that guide you step by step. However, communication is key to everything. That why we are updating the app and streaming better communication and office hours. But due to COVID and social distancing, we are limited. We appreciate your review and we are working on better communication to match our amazing experience.

“I was a little skeptical at first but like many others had no other options due to covid 19. I did an international marriage so I could travel to see my fiance in Brazil due to travel restrictions. I set up my account and within a couple hours received a phone call and had the wedding the next day. The service was great and they were very helpful and understanding. They do require you to apply online for your marriage license which costs around $75 FYI. There was some technical difficulty setting up ceremony but they were very understanding and helpful. I got the marriage license from the courthouse (I just happened to live in Utah county) and got it appostiled (showing it actually is legit). I gave it 4 stars because the price is definitely steep but besides that it was absolutely fantastic, would recommend!”
