straight scam! Booked my travel through Capital One Travel. Capital one uses Webbed as a third-party booking. Long story short, I had a medical emergency (provided proof) and was not able to travel. Capital One travel agent spoke to someone at webbed and Webbed canceled my travel after speaking with the hotel. I never got the money back. I called and spoke with the hotel, and they said Webbed called the same day and the hotel successfully canceled my reservation and authorized a full refund without any penalties. I then called Capital One and they contacted Webbed and webbed is saying they are still waiting for a response from the hotel to cancel the reservation. Zero communication. I disputed the charge and webbed fought it and are trying to charge me back. It's been two months! Just holding on to my money. Think twice before booking through them.

Typical sales people. Once the job is done, they treat you like an animal and answer you every 4-5 weeks when you have a question. This is what a failed startup looks like.

SCAM! Only after money and can't answer basic questions. There are many more LEGITIMATE providers that cost a LOT LESS! and CAN provide a very professional and timely service. Google, google google yourself a favor...!

They are so nice and kind before you pay for the service... once you pay, GAME OVER. They become rude in their responses to you and somehow expect you to know how the American system works eventhough you've never set foot in USA... I paid webwed last year September of 2021 for the international package. The only reason I'm giving a review one year later is because of the back-and-forth they were giving me and empty promises about how my application was in the final stages. The only thing I received was the marriage license. I have not received legalization documents... everytime I asked them, they'd tell me that the process is in its final stages. The 8week wait period elapsed and the rudness and attitude got worse when i expressed that it'd been more than 8 weeks and still hadnt received my legalization documents... till today more than a year later I have not received what I paid for... they even at one point called me personally to tell me that my documents were ready... i was so ecstatic, but my excitement was very short lived. The legalized documents turned out to be from United Arab Emirates, yet i live in china. Thats when i began asking for refund, cause it was clear as day, wedweb was being dishonest. I asked for a refund, and they claimed they'd already refunded me the legalization fee... I asked them to provide proof of the transaction because I had not received the money... they stopped responding... so if you live in Asian countries where visa laws are strict, DO NOT increase your stress levels by trusting webwed with your hard earned cash... you will surely regret the day you stumbled upon wedweb as I do daily... it pains me daily how I lost all my money like that. At one point I even called the Chinese embassy in Washington DC to ask them about my application and they told me they don't have any documents that belong to me in any of their offices. They asked me to provide them a reference number or an order number of any sort and when I ask Webwed to give me a reference number to be able to track my application they said they don't have that. They claim that I didn't pay and they claim that I'm not their client because they never received payment from me but in actual fact they themselves made the error of making a payment request to a wrong email account but I've attached proof that I paid them through my other email that is actually linked to paypal. And they sent me an email actually after I had paid and they confirmed that indeed I was registered and that I had paid I have also attached proof of this email. It is very unfortunate because at the current juncture they seem to want to imply that it is my application that had a problem and that that is somehow my fault... But in actual fact after they failed to do what I actually paid for I had to enlist a different company to help me and that company was successful I got my legalization within 7 weeks.

We do legal online marriage and its sounds like you got married possible but did not receive your legalization and you requested a refund. Unfortunately, we were not able to locate you in the system - because your payment never went through. Also, legalization is handled through the embassy in DC. They take their time to verify and authenticate all information and immigration can be a process to get approval. There are a lot of scam companies but web wed isn't one of them. We take a fastidious approach and covid delayed so many things and some agencies are still shut down in Washington- dc. However, just because you apply for services it doesn't mean that they will be issued. Now, as aforementioned we don't have you in the system as a client because your payment didn't go through. After seeing positive blogs and seeing this is a legitimate business, my bride and I chose to give it a try. I am in Canada and my wife is in the Philippines. Spending $2000 USD for the international wedding, Apostille, the Legalization for Canada, name change assistance and international shipping, I was hoping for better service. Website seems to only be used to advertise and pay for the service. My personal info is still wrong on the site. We had almost no contact other than some form emails giving directions. Directions for applying for licence in Utah was out of date an they requested a date and time based on where the officiant was located. We were told Utah. That is my time zone. Not hearing anything for a week, I emailed and was told the wanted the time zone for EST. So I made the correction. As I sent my request for GMT, I would have thought they would have reached out. Corrections to ccurrent address had to be made with Utah, which I made and paid for. Errors due to following instructions given. Customer service was short and curt on email. Finally received the Apostille in Philippines and still waiting for the legalization to arrive 9 weeks after the wedding. We were told to expect contact before things were mailed out to us and emails regarding name change advice. Nothing as of yet. No contact from the company unless I send messages first. At one point, the customer service even told me they had no idea what serviices I had paid for and to just wait. "The owner of the company is a lawyer and knows what she is doing" I have no doubts she does and is quite capable. It is the customer service person I have had to deal with which has been flop. Having to deal with pretty much everything ourselves and struggling to get all the forms and reports done and filed. Do not expect advice or much co-operation. I have honestly had nothing but promises. Even the officiant was 15 minutes late to the wedding with three groups on people on screen looking at each other, talking and hoping we weren't just being scammed. Overall, a VERY poor service and I feel very let down. Utah Courthouse officials were amazing over email and phone as I worked through the corrections I had to make.

Barry, First, we appreciate your review. Unfortunately, based on legality there are certain things that we cant do. It's important to read all instructions. It's the court's job to assist what you paid the application fee for. Per procedures, they are the only ones who can make changes. Next, we don't get involved in the immigration system or travel nor can we legally answer those questions. The government approves the legalization process and time frame. We get a lot of USA men marrying a foreigner. However, there are domestic policies and procedures that have to be followed. I am not sure what has changed since your previous reviews. However, I job is not to tell you what you want her. But, be honest about the process from day one and adhere to policy procedures that we have. Finally, it’s done! With such an awful and never again experience. The communication between me and webwedmobile was a truly bad experience. They were not helpful as advertised and kept blaming customer about the time zone and business hour so they couldn’t answer to my questions. But more importantly, they were not polite nor nice at all. If i had a choice, i would use another service. Also, the paper just came in the day before after married in December ( i live abroad). I had to remind them that i didn’t get the marriage certificate as paid so they just did the follow up. So pls, trust me, use this service as a last resort and do not expect anything at all. After all, webwedmobile is the only place i can find to make it happen. Even with a poor service, my dream gets to come true anyway.

This company charges over 1500 dollars for a service that you can get from Utah government for under 100 dollars. Communication is non existent once they have received your payment don’t expect them to answer your emails ! It’s impossible to speak to them. They are a disgrace and it’s just a money making operation

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Stay far away. They take your money quickly and do not give you the services you pay for. You can easily go through the state of Utah and save over $1000 vs using this fraud company. They are not even registered with the BBB. Save your hard earned money and heartache. Go directly through Utah. Customer service is horrible, they will actually usually ignore you. When they do reply it's with bad grammar and a rude tone.

I was thinking about using their services but decided against it. I have call them multiple times during the day and even sent an email (a week ago) and I still haven't received a response or call from them, plus after reading the other one star reviews they're just rude in their responses and talking about everyone's business to the entire internet, what kind of place does that?

Also, we don't answer questions regarding, immigration, citizenship, or travel. We only give information in regard to our process only. They blocked me after I asked few more questions about how it's going to be and they didn't help us at all. Absolutely unprofessional and rude people. Me and my groom wanted to have consultation before paying them but all we got is autoreplies and they just blocked us in the end after simple technical question. Pathetic.

Great Morning, Please understand that webwed has business hours. You continue to call the officiant line while she was during ceremonies. We give out standard information and you are able to call the admin line during normal business hours /no consultation needed. When the officiant is duing the ceremony all calls are blocked to prevent interruption while parties are getting married. It is so important that all parties adhere to instructions. You can always call 1-855-932-9333 or infr@webwedmobile.com. Also, the admin whats app line is 917 842 4709 and the admin is always happy to help you during normal business hours. In your case, you continue to call the officiant line after business hours during the ceremony. The officiant let you know that this was the officiant line, she also sent you the admin line and standard information with email and contact. We are real people, real business, with business hours. We don't get involved in immigration citizenship or travel. We do have a resource blog to help with some of those questions on our website in the blog section. Your VA's can't write cohesive sentences. You would have earned my business, but I'm yet another one having issues with your communication. Look, given the line of work you're in, you can't have people messaging responses that are worse than a teenager + autocorrect. Several sentences were completely undecipherable. You can't go cheap on communication! Not when we're talking about courts and lawyers and official documents. Nope, you have to do better.

Good-Morning, I am sorry for your experience. We don't have VA. The admin is real and they work in the USA in the office during normal business hours. The chats are automatically generated. You sent an email yesterday on Christmas and the office was closed. We sent an auto-email with information on the process which included business hours. You wanted to know information about insurance. We don't get involved with immigration, citizenship, or travel. The owner is a lawyer and would be happy to answer your question during normal business hours as it relates to marriages. We have been in business for over five years doing this professionally with endorsement and awards from the government. We respect your opinion but we would better value a hypothesis. You are correct communication is key. That why it's important to read and adhere to all instructions. Do not count on webwed for weddings where some guests will be viewing remotely. You can imagine the disappointment of the many friends and family who could not attend the wedding due to covid restrictions, who were counting on the promise by webwed of remote availability for viewing the ceremony. Customer service was rude and not willing to answer a single question. How heartless to be willing to ruin such a special day for so many. Steer clear!

GM, We do apologize for your experience. We send clear instructions to the bride and groom. You paid for a $1.00 self-service streaming. So this was not a package or a direct handsone service through webwed. This nonclient paid for a free (1.00 ) SELF SERVICE STREAMING)

How horrible! No one could log in on a computer or a phone and when customer service was called-a message said they would get back to us in 24 hours. At least 20 of us missed the entire ceremony, including the grooms mother who is home bound. What aweful service.

GM, Stephanie, we have no problem answering business-related questions during normal business hours. You emailed at 2 am for a full hour, then posted this review. Asking questions about divorce. We don't do divorces and this is not a law firm and we can not give you legal advice. After, telling you the office is closed and we don't give legal advice nor do we handle divorces. You emailed three more times asking the same questions tonight. You were married in August 2020 and you cancel your ceremony three times. We even gave you free marriage education. Then you email almost three most later asking for a divorce at 2am. As aforementioned we informed you that the office was closed and we don't handle divorces and can't give legal advice. Even though continue to email after that we gave you a legal resource and informed you if you had questions as it relates to marriage we would be happy to help you during normal business hours. This review is simply untrue and she has left this same review on several pages this morning. We value you as a customer and we believe in love and marriage. As stated before praying for you and your partner. But leaving an untrue review is just not acceptable behavior.

We paid a ridiculous amount of money for this, for horrible shitty service IF you ever get hold of someone (and we have been patient, for days and weeks before eventually getting a response, which didn't help us out) and not to mention - they don't do anything. Just go file for a marriage registration online in Utah and get married (this is what they will ask you to do anyways for more $) I honestly don't understand exactly what we paid 1400$ for if we could do the same exact thing for 70$.

Great service provided by JC and Randy. We had a wonderful ceremony that will always be memorable and special. I’m grateful for all they have done for me and spouse! This company is the absolute worst. Horrible customer service. Zero listening skills. No integrity. Rude, rude, rude!!! They will blame the courts, AT&T, Corona, and you, the customer before they take accountability and ownership of their shortcomings, which they have a LOT. They make a lot of empty promises then become rude if you follow up on those promises. Awful app too.

Hello, We apologize that your service was less than stellar. Customer service is very important. We dId have an outage a couple of days ago in one of our offices due to a storm. However, no one has ever used corona as an excuse. We would be happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have . Literally cannot get a hold of them. For all the other reviewers, how did you get a timely response over the phone? I have called over ten times. This was the email I received: "Good-Afternoon, Please call to learn more. We work directly with select courts. No, you cant use your own officiant. No we don't just get marriage licenses, we have to do the full process." After I asked about using my own officiant, WHICH THE WEBSITE states you can, if you sign up on their website. Does not sound like a fishy company.

Good-Afternoon, Most people think they can use their own officiant but not with us. However, we are always accept officiant application but they have to meet our criteria. Like be court appointed , 2 years experience , and seminary’s school. The fact that you cant get a hold of shows that we are very busy. Due to covid19 we have to have limited staff and practice social distances . You can reach us at 1-855-932-9333. Also you have to qualify to use our services. To answer your question they get a timely response because, they leave their contact and we do call backs between ceremony. Like I am doing now - doing call backs and responding to emails and reviews. My name is JC feel free to call me directly.

I have to say my experience sounds like the review Matt left on google. Hard to get hold of, and when I did, honestly rude. I had a sincere question based on their own language they used on the website that made it sound like the marriages were only of questionable legitimacy to the courts. Well they refused to answer it and instead said maybe they weren't for me and then literally hung up on me and refused to answer when I called back. There is no way because of the virus and geography for my partner and I to get married in person right now, and this service was my only hope. Instead they became my only roadblock. I'll just be over here unable to cement my love for my partner.

Hello, This person called and wanted legal advise. She wanted to know what incorporated with the courts meant. It means that we work with select courts and we are slowly getting incorporated . You have to meet government requirements . Even though we help a lot of people we cant help everyone. This person wasn't eligible to use our service so she has left this same review on everyone site. She never applied just called over and over again. She was told the same thing. We do don't get involved with immigration or citizen. For the record Matt was an independent contractor. ALL money isn't good money . This was a time where we had to say no . However, we wished her the best .
