“Yes, they do deliver what they offer, but not without stress and a ridiculous mark up for their “service”.
Customer service was very difficult. Communication was poor and almost not existent before you pay over 1000 USD for an international couple marriage package. When they do communicate with you, it’s abrupt and they kept referring to the fact that they have “business hours” - even via e-mail. A company offering services to international clients should expect and be okay with receiving emails outside of their business hours due to time zone differences. Sure, reply during your business hours if you must - but don’t be short because of this.
The pricing is also crazy! Had I known it was possible to request an online video conference marriage ceremony through the Utah County directly (for 35 USD instead of 899 USD, which is the Webwed price) - there is no way I would have used their services. Similarly, an apostille is 30 USD direct compared to 425 USD through Webwed. My advice would be to try do it directly through the state website and only if you run into issues/red tape, use this service.”
“The marriage and everything was perfect and quick. However it has been non stop issue trying to get the marriage certificate. I received info that it has been shipped and should have arrived but when i checked with fedex the shipment was missing barcodes/scans and was stuck in memphis for the past 5 days. Its been 25 days since we gor married and was told the whole process and shipping the certificate would take 7-10 days. For legal reasons my wife and i require the certificate because of the country that we live in. 2 star for the formalities but 0 go the trouble and stress trying to gwt the certificate.”
Dwight. We don't have control over shipping. The court sends out the basic license regular mail and that takes 7-10 days domestic. The apostille process takes 3-5 business to process. We don't give a time frame that you will receive. but, we select for it to get to you as soon as possible. As you aforementioned, we shipped on time and we sent the tracking. We can not control FedEx and its procedures. Due to covid, there have been new procedures and confirmation by the carrier and customs implanted. We can call FedEx and get an update and send it to you during normal business hours.
“International couples there are extra charges not stated till you pay initial costs upfront eg. court fees and change of address fees. The costs for a online wedding apart from legally being married are way to high. If you don't download wedding on day of marriage you get a negative response requesting video be sent to you and still waiting 18 days later. Very slow in returning messages and negative attitude and leaves a bad experience. Only positive was being legally married.”
“We were super grateful to be able to get married due to the existence of WebWed. That being said, it should be known that the entire process is completely different than what is shown on the video we watched before purchasing. It is super overpriced as well, and there were additional costs not mentioned when we made the original purchase (eg. court fees). The worst example of this is the fact that we paid hundreds of dollars for WebWed to oversee my name change. All they did was send me a form from the Social Security Administration that I could have found on my own. Their responsiveness is terrible, and I spent many days stressed out waiting for various emails from them. I was terrified right up until the actual moment of my marriage, but it did work out in the end. We will always appreciate them for that.”
Hello, We thank you for your constructive criticism. We married you in May 2020. So we appreciate the feedback. Since then we have definitely added some additional video to guide clients even though everything is on the website and extended office hours. We have business hours that that are hard for most people to adhere to due to the time zone. Due to COVID we have to practice social distancing but we get back to everyone the same day. The name change document is a service that is an add on. Its the name change docs, we have to get everything uploaded to vital records so that when you do your name change you just have to show the documents. It has been extremely difficult since most agencies were closed and where adding amended remote processes. The typical wedding is 30,0000 typical elopement is 2500. As a team, we have spent 8 years and over 400 thousand of dollars to develop technology to get this point. So we feel that love and marriage is priceless. We thank you for your honest review and for using the service.

We are real people working hard 24/7 to ensure love isnt lost. The average wedding cost 30,000, average elope cost 10,000, the average court wedding cost 250. The average pane ticket cost 350. I think we are well price.
“The ceremony itself was fine and very convenient for my husband and I during the pandemic however the customer service is subpar in some areas. Though they respond quickly, I often felt like they weren’t really listening to my issues and some services that were paid for weren’t met as described in the package. Not worth the money if you can avoid it.”
