“Chair is of the anticipated high quality and this was matched by the attention given by Wellworking. Quick, kept well informed with great return option (although i won't be parting with it). Good to have it delivered fully assembled.”

“The first chair that I ordered did not suit my back. I asked Wellworking to collect it, which they did promptly and without any quibble. Also, they did not charge for delivery or collection and I was refunded promptly. This is exemplary service. I have ordered a different office chair from them, which I hope will suit my back better.”

“I recently ordered a new office chair from Wellworking and had a very positive experience. “Feels slightly ridiculous that I've left it so late to buy such a fabulously comfy office chair (Herman Miller Versus). Great service both communication and delivery. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again myself if the need arises.”

“Selling Herman Chairs with no guarantee sticker! I ordered a Herman Millet office chair and it’s arrived with no guarantee sticker on the bottom. The delivery driver asked me to contact the office which I did within a few hours and got no response. I emailed them again on Monday and they’ve said we’ll make a note of it. I’ve asked them to either supply the guarantee sticker or collect the chair and give me a refund. Surprise.surprise no response. Buyer beware! Selling expensive chairs with no guarantee sticker and poor customer service!”

We are very sorry that you received a Herman Miller chair that was missing the guarantee sticker. Very occasionally they are missing when we receive the chairs from the manufacturers but we only ever sell genuine chairs sourced directly from Herman Miller. We believe we have already responded to your email to us yesterday and offered to exchange your chair free of charge which we are very happy to do. We pride ourselves on making sure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and endeavor to rectify any issues as soon as possible. UPDATE: We have now exchanged your chair for another one and have demonstrated where the guarantee sticker is on the underside of this chair.

“This company goes beyond to ensure you get the perfect chair - with this particular chair it was not perfect - it had defects in the operation mechanics. Wellworking collected the defective chair and delivered its replacement (another brand) with the assurance that the 14-day trial period started over again- brilliant!”
