“I was happy with the service I received. The chair didn't quite suit me, unfortunately, but Wellworking were professional and they arranged for it to be collected and myself refunded.”

“Price was good but delivery was 30 minutes ahead of scheduled slot so was delivered to my neighbour, meaning I had to then carry it home”

“Overall the service was excellent, although an initial email enquiry went unanswered. Sadly, the chair I ordered wasn't right for me but this wasn't a problem, with Wellworking's return policy. Both delivery men were very pleasant and willingly carried the chair upstairs for me (on delivery) and down again (when I returned it). Wellworking has a good range of chairs and delivery is quite fast. I would recommend.”

“They dealt with my requests pretty well. Only slight issue was that they substituted a black part in my chair with a white one, without giving me a choice.”

“Great in every respect except for the chair (carefully chosen for its colour) being very different to the photo (forest green instead of frost) - hence dropping a star. I decided I could live with the colour and didn't want to lose out on the excellent price, so very happy overall.”
