“We used Wellworking to facilitate our office furniture when we moved to our new office. Their customer service is second to none. Emma who was our contact at Wellworking, kept us well informed of our delivery dates, was open and honest and responded to all of our questions and was generally just really on the ball. However, what puts Wellworking above and beyond is the way they have responded to us after initial delivery. We ordered 12 Herman Millar chairs, and one got slightly damaged. Without hesitation they sent a replacement and took the damaged one with no hassle. We got our meeting booth and there was a slight issue with the Monitor Bracket. I emailed Emma to find out what our best course of action was, and she sprang into action. She found out the best way to fix the issue from the manufacturer and then sent some wonderful technicians today to fix the issue with absolutely no disruption to our workflow. The Technicians knew their stuff, they were so helpful to us and worked with minimal fuss and noise. This is excellent service. 10 out of 10 for not only initial purchase but long standing service and aftercare.”

“Ordered a Mirra 2. WW had the lowest price I found. Delivered on time, and took the packing away. Unfortunately, I decided the chair wasn't right for me. WW accepted the return, no questions asked, and the pickup also arrived at the right time. Great service.”

“Fantastic service. I sent a query about replacing a damaged arm pad on a Sayl chair (my fault) on a Saturday and received a prompt and helpful response the same day! The service and support have been excellent; within a week I have a replacement pad fitted on my chair (and by the way, I would also recommend the chair). This company meet their commitments and go beyond.”

“The temping ordering process was easy, arms on chair was good addition, as was all adjustable options. well worth the wait, and arrived sooner than expected. Delivery was on time and a very helpful chap, who took our previous chair downstairs for us, I recently had a motorcycle accident which has left me using a stairlift, so all assistance very welcome! we gave the old chair to a friend, as there was no comparision comfort wise! The new chair is just what was needed, to sit for extended periods, excellent, & great reviews persuaded us to choose Wellworking, we got it right....”
