The salesperson who came to assess what would be the most suitable work station for me was excellent. She advised me on posture, seating etc. and took all the measurements etc.. However, when the desk arrived the wrong top had been provided so I had to wait several weeks for the correct top to be installed. These things happen so I wasn't overly annoyed. I wasn't happy, though, with the rather patronising manner of the person who came with the equipment. He apologised but gave the impression he/the company were doing me a favour! The assistant, though, Mark Baker, was very courteous. I would also suggest that, when making date and time to deliver equipment, you should ask the client first which days suit them. I am a lecturer in Central London and it was just chance that I could be here on the days I was told had been marked for delivery. The service today (10.10.13) was excellent and David Jones's manner very professional. Again Mark Baker was also very helpful. Hoping this is helpful. Gill Gregory

We ordered 6 Herman Miller Aeron chairs which were delivered as promised. David from WellWorking went through the seats operation with each member of staff individually and offered advice on the best position for each person. This is our second order from WellWorking and would definitely use them again.

My new office chair was delivered this week and I am delighted with it. After almost 2 years of sitting on a dining chair to work up to 5 hours a day, I can already feel a huge difference in how I feel physically at the end of the day. I chose the SAYL chair for its looks initially, then went and tried it out in my local department store. I suffer from occasional lower back pain so I find the design of the seat back very comfortable and supportive. It encourages me to sit correctly whilst at the computer, but also allows me to lean back and relax when I'm on the phone. I stumbled across Wellworking when looking for a price comparison online. I hadn't heard of them before but my experience of buying from them has been seamless. It was easy to order and customise my chair online; I chose a non-standard colour so it took a few weeks to arrive, but I was kept up to date with the anticipated delivery date and was called the day before to confirm a 1-hour slot. The gentleman who delivered the chair was polite, friendly and knowledgeable; he carried the chair upstairs to my office and then spent plenty of time showing me how to set it up correctly and how to get the best from it. This is definitely not something you get when ordering from a department store! All in all, a seamless experience from Wellworking that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I already have a Herman Miller Mirra chair at work, so was keen to get one for my home office, and a work colleague recommended Wellworking. He was not wrong, as it was all very simple, from ordering to delivery. This was on the very next day, and Alan took the time to talk me through the operation. I learned more about how best to set up the chair, and have been able to apply these lessons at work too. All in all a very good experience, can't recommend enough.

I was going to go to John Lewis, who I enjoy shopping with. However if you want to buy chairs best suited for you and your work place I would recommend Wellworking.

Purchased 7 office chairs; delivery was quick, prompt timing on the day and we even got full setup for staff which was excellent (oh and chairs setup with rubbish taken away!) - overall VERY happy and would not hesitate to use these guys again. We have purchased here several times before too. Spot on well done to all !

Just bought the Herman Miller Aeron. It was delivered within 24 hours and a one-to-one instruction on how to use the chair was given as well.

The office chair I bought is wonderful. It is very expensive, but extremely comfortable and flexible. From the moment I placed the order, the company gave me perfect ("old-fashioned") service. No razzmatazz, just swift information and instant feedback to my communication. When David arrived dead on time he put the complete chair with leather armrests etc into my office, adjusted everything professionally to my particular requirements, showed me patiently how to use and adjust the chair and then left swiftly. The whole process was wonderfully uncomplicated and without the slightest hiccup. Something I am just not used to any more :-) !

I would highly recommend this company. I searched for the best price and Wellworking could not be beaten. Service & product knowledge was outstanding. Chair was delivered by one of their reps, who unpackaged the product and ensured it was fully adjusted to my requirements within my working environment. For high end chairs that come with so many features it was a comfort to know I got the best experience from my purchase. Really can’t fault these people, I just wish all companies I deal with met this grade.

I am very impressed by the service and support of Wellworking. Even though the delivery of the chair was delayed by a month through no fault of Wellworking, I was informed by email followed up by a phone call, explaining the reason for the delay. I was offered a loan chair until the chair was delivered. I was also given notice a few days before the delivery, and on the day before the delivery, I received an email and also a call to advise of the day and a 1 hour slot for the delivery. The chair arrived at the time specified (punctually). The staff deliverying the chair was very courteous and friendly. He was very patient and spent time going through how to make best use of the chair. It was a very nice experience, and I would fully recommend anyone purchasing through Wellworking.

I was made redundant at the end of March and my old company had used Wellworking to supply me with an office chair. When I started using an old chair at home my back problems flared up and I realised I needed to invest in a decent computer chair. Paul at Wellworking was an absolute superstar - he really knew his stuff, recommending a similar chair to my the one I used at my previous company (but within my budget) and it's a dream to sit on. He even helped me out by loaning me a decent chair until my order came, to stop my back getting any worse. My back problems are now well under control again, and I'm no longer in any pain. Big thanks to Paul - I'd have no hesitation in recommending Wellworking to any of my friends and future employers.

I needed a replacement seat base and arm for an RH400 chair. I was surprised this request was taken so seriously. They even came to my flat as it was near their London office to fit and replace both parts. I didn't think customer service like this existed in the UK! Very friendly staff who performed beyond my expectations. Thoroughly recommended.

I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Wellworking. The order needed changing so that I could have this product delivered sooner. This was done effortlessly with a small rebate. The chair was delivered on the right day at the right time by a competent installer who offered up some valuable advise. This was all done with a smile. The chair is as expected comfortable. Time will tell if it is reliable! Many thanks
