“Easy to use website with great prices. Customer service was great where they kept me updated on delivery to make sure I was home and on delivery offered to bring the chair to any room which is a nice touch as not many places do this these days. I would highly recommend”

“Excellent price, really easy ordering process, delivered on the day and time they said was kept up to date and even had a call to say when the driver would be arriving also the driver was great, he even offered to put the chair where I wanted it. Could not have been better. Dare I say it, good old fashion service including following up to make sure I was happy with everything. From the order process to the delivery, spot on. Its great to see a company and it’s staff that really seem to valuethe customer.”

“We were very impressed with the communication process and the fact the chair arrived on time. The gentleman delivering the chair was very helpful and was happy to remove all the packing. We would definitely use Wllworking again as their customer service was excellent.”

“Philip was tasked with handling my enquiry, and walked the line between professionalism and personalised serviced brilliantly. He explained to me the buying process, his methods of helping clients determine chairs suitability for clients, and was able to handle my request well. It is my understanding that smaller businesses need to work harder to earn, and therefore keep, the business of clients. And in my opinion, WellWorking has done that, aside from one small communication hiccup.”

“I finally took the plunge and got myself a high-quality work chair for my home office and I could not have chosen a better company than Wellworking. The post-purchase process and delivery were top notch. This was matched by the customer support team, who after contacting me to ensure that everything was in order took some feedback onboard and corrected a minor issue with the chair. Whether you’re an individual or company looking to purchase office equipment I can highly recommend Wellworking – the team are clearly focused on putting the customer first.”

“I suffer from low back pain and I needed a new office chair. After reviewing several options and companies I contacted Wellworking after both reading Trustpilot review and examining the T&Cs on their website**. Laura replied to my queries quickly and courteously, answering all my questions fully. After I had decided to purchase from Wellworking I was kept fully informed about the delivery schedule. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and the chair was delivered first thing the following Monday morning. Obviously if you order a non-stock item the delivery time will be a lot longer. The delivery driver (Derek) actually arrived about 30 minutes before the expected time and (as Laura had told me) was more than happy to take the chair (which arrived fully assembled) into my garden office. He also removed and took away all the packaging, and repeated what I had been told that if I was not completely satisfied and notified Wellworking within 14 days they would collect the chair free of charge and replace it or refund me. ** Although the statement on the website about a 14-day cooling off period is only that which is a consumer's right under the Consumer Contract Regulations it is refreshing to see a company that states this and does not try to limit a customer's rights via their T&Cs. I was also impressed that Wellworking would - if necessary - collect the chair at no charge to me. This contrasts with another office furniture supplier that states the customer is responsible for returning an item at their expense.”

“Brilliant service. There was an issue with the posturefit SL mechanism on my chair, so I notified customer services. They were very quick to rectify the issue and deliver a replacement, taking the old one back. Both delivery drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.”
