“Efficient process and product delivered at exact day and time period promised. And I had to return one item, they processed this very quickly and without fuss or any hassle. Refund was also very quick. All in all a professional and reliable retailer.”

“Great communication during purchase and pre-delivery. Delivery was exactly as advertised - on time, plus a friendly, professional and very helpul driver who had assmbled the chair and gave me a full demo of it's controls. Truly ecxellent service all round. And a great product.”

“Great product, in very good condition (ex-demo) and delivered quickly. I was looking for a Hag Capisco chair, they had an ex-demo item in great condition and at a reasonable price. The website provided details, pictures and information to give me confidence it was what I wanted and help me make my decision. The purchase process was straight forward, delivery information came through quickly. The item arrived on time, in great condition (ex-demo) and was a great experience. I’ll return to Wellworking for other items when the time comes.”

“Great buying experience from start to finish. Easy ordering online with lots of information to help make the right choice. The delivery driver was clearly very passionate about his job and delivered the chair right to the room which was super helpful. The virtual set up session was really informative and helpful, with another team member who's clearly passionate about his job too!”

“My experience has been excellent. I placed the order,was in communication about delivery and the delivery came 15 minutes into the 1 hour delivery slot. How often doe that happen? The dlivery and set-up provided by Phil was excellent. Great customer service. It is so rare to get service like this and it is really appreciated.”
