“I ordered a Humanscale Diffrient World Chair a couple of weeks after lockdown and understandably they could not specify when it could be manufactured but thought I could expect it around 4th May. The day after I ordered i changed almost everything about the specification and it was not trouble at all! A revised invoice came, I paid the extra. All communication was punctual and efficient. I was notified that the chair would be delivered on 1st May (excited that it was a few days early) between a one-hour slot - not that we are likely to be out! The delivery driver unwrapped it outside, took the wrapping away and waited while I tried the chair in the hallway, giving the necessary instructions for the adjustment of arms and height. I am writing this review because I am genuinely impressed with the lovely staff and efficiency of this company and the confidence that came in buying from them. Recommend them wholeheartedly.”
