“The service we received was exceptional from email reminders to phone calls to make sure the order stayed on track. The time from ordering until the product was received was reasonable, especially considering the embroidery was the best we have ever seen. We are proud to wear our hats. “I love the richardson 112 hat. It fits my business logo perfect and I am not a person who likes a soft crown. I am even more impressed with customer service. I thought I ordered a particular color and got something else. Customer service located my original order and informed me that what was sent was what was ordered. It was my mistake but the individual expressed understanding and I sent the ones sent to me back and re ordered the ones I thought I ordered. MY BAD”

“I’ve purchased from Wholesalehats before. I enjoyed the product immensely. However, this recent purchase the color did not work well with the garment I was pairing it with so I had to return the hats. Wholesalehats penalizes buyers by charging a RE-stocking fee for returns unless you make another order. I won’t go this experience again. I will not purchase from you again.”

“I ordered several colors of mid rise trucker hats. I asked Wholesale hats to match the lettering to the mesh on the back of the hats. Each color was perfectly matched. The hats were good quality. The lettering was clear and well embroidered. I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of my order!”
