Saw an alternative pair on website so rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who reserved for me till they received original pair back and duly despatched replacement pair to us. The second pair fit well so we are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend the helpful team and customer support and service we received and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
