Hello Judith, I'm sorry to read that the pairs we sent you didn't fit. They were a 2E width fit. Would a wider or deeper fit work better for you? We would be more than happy for one of our fitters to call you to discuss your requirements and make some suggestions. If you are near our shop, we could also arrange for you to come in and try some styles on.
