“Willed has helped me throughout a very difficult time. My husband and I lived without a formal will for our whole marriage -it was when we were going overseas last year that we took up a Willed online special before leaving. And only then because my sister made a joke about the plane going down with both of us in it! The trip went without incident, but tragically my husband died unexpectedly nine months later. Having a legal Will made everything loads easier with sorting out our finances, insurance and superannuation. I also used the Willed probate services and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Probate came through exactly on time as Kerry predicted. The whole process was smooth. Kerry was compassionate, considerate and extremely efficient when I needed guidance and help. All her service was done in a timely and organised way, and everything was clearly explained to me, which was very reassuring. Truly, I can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ve been urging all my friends and family to make sure they sign up with Willed in case an unexpected tragedy occurs in their lives too. It’s not expensive and it holds up legally. Most of all - it’s given me peace of mind amidst the mental chaos of losing my beloved husband. And after all that, Kerry reminded me to make a new will which she reviewed for free. Thankyou Kerry for your kindness, and for going above and beyond to make sure things went easily for me. It’s deeply appreciated.”

“Their fixed fee probate service saved us 75% compared to the quote from our solicitor. A fast and professional service that was very easy with probate lodged within 2 weeks. I highly recommend this firm as I already have to friends that have recently lost loved ones.”

“Excellent service. I think Willed is great value for your money and it's clean clear. Any problems the staff guide you through so you understand and the be a city being your circumstances change so you can change your Will easily by maintaining a $14.00 renewal. Friend's are paying minimum $500 and then having to pay exorbitant amounts every time they wish to alter it. Forget the highway robbery, just empower yourself with Willed.”

“The process was simple and clear. Instead of seeking an alternative way to complete my will I was able to do this online. The information on the website was clear and very easy to understand. While completing my will I was able to use the 'chat live' to a consultant who quickly and clearly answered my questions. Exceptional service all round. Thank you!”

“Thank you to Willed & in particular to Mr. Ari Morris who handled my Letters of Administration in a very speedy manner with respect and integrity. I was particularly pleased with the way that Ari led me through a Zoom call & guided me faultlessly with technology I had not been experienced in. His patience was exceptional & left me feeling quite pleased with myself !! The death of a loved one is deeply distressing & hard to bear, not to mention frustrating but as soon as Willed came on board I felt very confident that the issue would be handled & dealt with quiickly which I am happy to say it has been. “I would highly recommend the team at willed funerals. The staff were all so lovely and professional. Simon especially went above and beyond to help us through such a difficult time. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure we were taken care of. Simons empathetic nature, patience and knowledge really put our family’s mind at ease.”
