“The application process is very good and easy to use - at the end of the process you even get the chance to apply for a 2nd Will at half price. Well recommended!”

“I found the forms were relatively easy to fill out etc, and I did like that you could save it and go back to it before you paid. I did have a couple of queries that were sorted out by email and by phone. Rachael was quite prompt in replying by email and Aaron phoned and was extremely helpful. I am most grateful. One of the issues was on the selection and order of my secondary executors. I wanted to have both my daughters jointly instead of prioritised first and second. This can he done as a customised request at no extra cost. I do like that at any time I can change my will if my circumstances warrant it. Peace of mind is a huge thing. Thank you Willed! “The process was very simple and straightforward. When I did have a question about something I was able to connect with someone very quickly and they were very friendly and helpful (thanks Gemma!). When I had some technical difficulties with my password someone from their tech department followed it up. And I got 50% off with their end of financial year sale deal—two wills for $160 to do the same thing a lawyer would have charged around a $1000 to do! Great service—highly recommend if your will is pretty basic and straightforward!”
