“Scammed by a good deal for a bull bar. I guess it was too good to be true. I was then told by the owners brother, Tristan, that he (Ashley Gibbons) was going through "home issues" and had no time for his businesses anymore, so just closed it all down. Now we are out the cost off a bull bar and can't afford another.

“Selling a product they didn't have in stock. Told me it was going to cost an extra $150 to receive the snorkel or I could get a refund. I choose the refund and then had to email them several times to find out when my refund was going to be processed.”
“It took SEVEN MONTHS or my order to arrive in full (after paying for it in full) ! Part of it took 3 months, the other half 4 further months. What gives this rating just 1 star is not that it took so long, it was the lack of communication from Wolf 4x4, if I didn't chase it, I didn't know. And even after chasing it up, there was NO follow-up from Wolf, I had to follow up to find out the answer. Very poor service.”
“I am still awaiting the order to be completed.
I was assured that recovery points and sump bash plate were included with the bar.
When I placed order delivery was included.
Then told I had to pick it up.
Then…. After a day trip and an hour to unwrap it, turns out they give me the wrong bar.
Opposite lock delivered the correct bar a few days later.. but no recovery points or bash plate.
I’ve been dealing with Tristan.. he tells me he will sort it out… Still nothing…,
