“It took 13 months to get my Wheels delivered. Understand there are global issues but the communication was shocking until Kail came on the scene. For over a year, he was the only one to call me. In the end, ICON sent 4 correct and one incorrect wheel and I am still waiting for a resolution to this issue. Because of the lack of information, I found it hard to trust Wolf so I sent Ash a big email outlining the issues....which was ignored. the updates I was getting were not consistent eg: "They are in the yard ready to ship" but the next time I called they were "in line in the US waiting to ship"... each person (except Kail) blaming someone who has now left the company. So while ICON may have stuffed Wolf around.... it's hard to tell who is responsible for my poor customer experience. When the goods definitely arrived at Wolf, it was a quick and easy dispatch and they got here in good time. Love the rims!”
