“Cardigan looked great for wedding outfit. First cardigan sent had 2 snags in the sleeve but phoned customer service and they agreed to send a replacement. Arrived on time as needed it for the weekend”

“Bought a dress by YUMI from a different retailer last year. The complements I received have been non stop so I decided to try YUMI directly. I ordered 6 dresses and 2 tops in the sale, order came quickly only returned 1 dress in exchange for a size smaller, just waiting for my refund (it’s only been a few days but I’m hoping that I’ll receive it within the time limit that YUMI says) Happy with my order.”

“Fabulous dresses have purchased before from new look colours and prints absolutely gorgeous. First time ordering online from yumi, did have a mix up with my order and it was sent to the wrong address but the customer service team were amazing and helping resolve the issue. Will definitely use yumi online again”

“First time buying from Yumi and it was a good and easy experience overall. The item was a Mela London product sold on the Yumi site, but it arrived in good time, and I received updates along the way. The item itself was a good price and is a lovely and soft material. It's just as expected, and although the style itself isn't e.x.a.c.t.l.y what I wanted, that's a personal opinion and it can be easily modified to suit me better. I would shop with Yumi again in future.”
