“Great customer service. I ordered a dress online and then realised I could get blue light discount. The agent arranged for a refund for the discount straight away. Dress arrived quickly. Lovely dress it was too.”

“Yumi offer such a wide selection it's easy to find something lovely to wear. I'd ordered two dresses, the quality and style of which were just perfect. The only negative on my last order was that despite Yumi advising I'd be notified when it was being sent, I received no confirmation of the delivery date whatsoever. As a result, when the parcel was delivered - without me knowing - I wasn't at home and it was thrown over my side gate so I had no idea it was lying on the ground outside! So it's 4 stars instead of 5 due to the delivery oversight. Update! ... Hi Yumi, thanks for your reply. I check my emails every day including the spam folder and definitely did not receive an email notification confirming the delivery date! Thanks for the tip on using the Shop app, if I place another order I'll download it.”

“I’ve had two good quality gorgeous dresses from Yumi this Summer which I ‘ve worn on repeat but a 3rd dress was poor quality so I’ve only given 4 stars - it was in clearance . However delivery was fast. Two out of three ain’t bad ! I would buy again .”

“The dress is beautiful and I will order again, the drawback is numerous emails etc offering discounts which do not work. Small print t&c’s incredibly frustrating! Tried a few different dresses and all “discount doesn’t apply” makes me wonder if it applies to any.”

“The dress is stunning. The quality, style and fabric are 5 stars, colour is very elegant green, not too bright and not too dark, the flowery pattern looks beautiful. The skirt is much fuller and longer than in the photo, I'm 165cm and it was dragging on the floor even in heels. Perfect for any elegant summer occasion. Unfortunately, the dress is not for me - the full skirt and high waist were unflattering and with a heavy heart I had to send it back.”
