“I have emailed YUMI twice due to issue with ledes arriving not as depicted I provided photo evidence I asked for a replacement by Friday as need for weekend I asked for a refund and have had no reply YUMI will give full refund if I accept credit and partial refund if I want refund to method of payment My email pointing out that this breaches Consumer Rights Act 2015 I’m entitled to a full refund if product not as described Refund policy is 14 days yet requests for refund and breach of consumer rights act ignored I but YUMI size 16 and it fits perfect including length but this dress is supposed to be below knee and arrived literally as a maxi dress rubbing off floor I have reached out before leaving review so am astounded a review was requested and this attached “something wasn’t quite right, please get in touch with us first — we’d love the chance to make it right before you leave a review. 💕” Never a problem buying YUMI from retailer but now I buy direct from YUMI am being ignored and £6 taken from me despite Consumer Righrs Act 2015 saying this can’t be done Rate response how can I am being ignored wish I had not gone to the YUMI brand directly at least retail stores know how to implement consumers rights”

“Nice Jump suit a bit fiddly trying to zip up on your own. Zip could have been silver too to match the silver dots but its gold”

“This dress is very nice and good quality. The only complaint I have was the lining is very thick and made the dress look bulky when on. I am going to wash it and see if t makes it look better. Xxxx”

“I returned a top and paid £33 I returned via Post Office and only got refund of £25. No explanation as to why the difference”

“I love my new scarf. I had nothing in my wardrobe that could be worn with this season’s brown and khaki colours. The fringed, animal print scarf is absolutely perfect. It’s the right length, soft and not too chunky. Even the animal print is subtle. It looks fab with my khaki green Borg jacket. Excellent value for money. This is my first Yumi purchase and I definitely will be coming back for more.”
