“Really fast delivery. Kept just one item as the rest did not look as I hoped for on me. Returns are easy to do but the 14 days deadline is a bit tight but understandable. See how long it takes to receive the refund now. I used to shop in store (House of Fraser) and it is such a shame my nearest store is quite far away now and cannot afford to spend a day out in an shopping centre as life is busy. Hope the high street recovers one day.-”

“"The items I ordered were mainly as described and I was very happy with them. However one was described as a button up the front and when it arrived, it was a button detail, not actually opening buttons. Thankfully the return system is fairly easy, but it does not give you the option of choosing "" a not as described"". Also the fact that you are then charged £2:50 for returning it, was not a great option."”

“My first purchase from Yumi. I ordered several dresses to compare and found them all good quality and at a very reasonable price. I needed to return the dresses l didn't want but realised l had forgotten to enclose the despatch note. I was about to contact Yumi for help but didn't need to as a refund appeared in my bank. Someone had taken the trouble to trace my order without any paperwork! Exceptional customer service and lovely clothes.”
