“I ordered a coat size 12 which was too big for me so I returned it 10 mins later filled in the form for an exchange for a size 10, I waited for a new arrival but instead a week later I got told I would be refunded in a couple of days, what's the point of giving you the option to exchange then refunding your money, Once I got my money back I re-ordered a size 10 but as I say should say you can just order an exchange when you can't.”

“Yumi dispatched my order promptly with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Unfortunately Royal Mail sent my parcel to the wrong sorting office and I didn’t get it for days. However I contacted Yumi to explain what had happened and they straight away refunded the extra postage I had paid for. They were very helpful.”

“Quick delivery, easy return policy (although, didn't require it) size chart is accurate and the items are really lovely quality and sustainable. Will be looking at Yumi for future purchases, love the fact that they are a UK company too.”

“I struggled to place the order to begin with via the mobile app. Went onto my iPad and successfully completed the order. Delivery quick via EVRI. No issues with them. Dress itself is lovely and agree that it does run big. Will be wearing with a cinched in belt”
