“The items were recieved fast and wrapped well. The items were of good quality but had to return one item as the fit wasn't right. The returns process was easy via royal mail however I had to pay a returns fee whilst most clothing companies offer free returns.”

“I have always loved Yumi every since I discovered it a few years ago. The clothes are very me and usually fit well and are of good quality. I also love the range of shoes! Infact my wardrobe is basically full of your clothes from over the years!! I always am complemented on my look when I wear your items which of course makes me feel really great! I was disappointed to find your shop in Clarkes Village has gone but I suppose this last year has made it very difficult for buisnesses to thrive on the high street. I hope you will be able to keep afloat and come back running if only online. Fantastic range of clothes my only problem is deciding what not to buy!!!”

“My first order with yumi and it won't be my last. The jacket I bought is incredible, well packed, superb quality and exactly like the description and photos. I ordered two sizes as its lace with no stretch and I have a large bust, both sizes fitted me but the bigger size was a better fit so I can wear a thicker top underneath and do it up if I want to. So definitely true to size. Great experience and look forward to making another order.”
