“The return process was quite stressful at first, but Vicky was honestly very helpful and patient with me. “Ms. Serena was very helpful and always willing to answer all the questions I had and also ensure that everything I asked was answered to the best of its ability. Not only that but throughout the entire two weeks process of me reaching out for a specific customization she guided me along the way and made it easier for me to understand the process. “** Customer Service A++++* After receiving my hair and having it professionally installed for knotless boho braids I was not satisfied. The bulk hair it self is soft and I was able to dye it jet black. The hair did not match much but when it did in a few places it was easy to detangle. However my hair had an unpleasant smell. At that point I reached out to customer service and spoke with Vicky via email. I must say we were able to come to a resolution that I was very pleased with during this process. I greatly appreciate their fast response to my issues and being able to offer a solution. Their customer service alone will have me buying hair from them again!”
