“I haven’t received my hair yet but if it’s as good as the customer service and their response to my issue before shipping I will be buying from them again. I ordered a color that was not readily available to ship and when I inquired about it they let me know upfront this custom color would take a little longer than expected. They asked me if I needed it by a certain date and since I did,they offered to replace it with something similar and shipped it out immediately to ensure I would have it by my appointment date. This is how you resolve an issue. Fast response, offering a solution, and making sure the customer has what they paid for!! Thank you Ywigs! Can’t wait to try to product.”

“I had an issue with shipping as I accidentally put the wrong shipping address. Lucky they resolved the issue very quickly and changed my shipping address. It made me feel so much better because I was worried as I spend a lot of money on the hair”

“YWigs is goodt! I placed the wrong order and with in 48 hours they initiated my replacement hair, and sent the Fed Ex tracking number. Thank You I actually interacted with a live person in Slauson. Try them out they will always get you together.”
