“I made my order nearly a month ago the payment was taken from my bank account but I have never received my order please could you send my order or refund the payment please very disappointed by this I was looking forward to receiving my parcel.”

“Wish I had seen this site before ordering! Ordered, received confirmation and notification it had been shipped. Nothing. No way to actually contact them. My next step is the consumer rights people so I can report them to trading standards! Contacting bank to get a charge back!”

“Not pleased with their service at all. There is no way to contact a person at the company. I ordered a week ago and was expecting the items to be here in a couple of days so I could travel with them for my family. I have just raised a ticket for a refund on my whole order as I can not wait any longer for the items to arrive. I tried contacting them on face book but no reply either. It is really disappointing and a waste of time. Only order from them if you want additional stress in your life.”

“Great value and some items that aren't usually seen in the UK. Although my order has been delayed slightly (due t unprecedented orders being placed on the website!) Zadeel have been in contact to apologise and keep me updated. An extremely polite e-mail was sent to advise me and appreciate that. I'll definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them!!”

“Really not happy with the service so far! I made aware order (over £60) before 9.a.m and then paid for the super fast next day delivery. I excitedly waited in ALL DAY so that I would not miss the parcel. On checking on my dashboard it say the status is still in the "picking" stage. Understandably it was a large order and may take a little bit more time to process, but I've received no communication to inform me of this, and I'm unable to live chat, email or call to see when my order is due! I have raised a ticket but the options don't relate to my issue.”

“Prices are good, but can't place an order because although my basket adds up to £40, and they claim to give free shipping over £20, or spend 99p on shipping, they are charging me £3 for shipping. There is also no way of contacting them before placing an order, to ask them about this. Very frustrating not being able to query before buying.”

“Fast delivery and very affordable products. Strongly recommended and will buy again when I need more items^^ Though I do wish the descriptions were a bit more detailed, with clearer measurements (cm? inch?) and amount of items.”

We've refunded your out of stock items, we'll adjust the names of the items to give the measurement, approx 7cm for the lint rollers. apologies, we'll work to improve the descriptions
