Really not happy with the service so far! I made aware order (over £60) before 9.a.m and then paid for the super fast next day delivery. I excitedly waited in ALL DAY so that I would not miss the parcel. On checking on my dashboard it say the status is still in the "picking" stage. Understandably it was a large order and may take a little bit more time to process, but I've received no communication to inform me of this, and I'm unable to live chat, email or call to see when my order is due! I have raised a ticket but the options don't relate to my issue.
