Awful company for returns! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUGGYBABY IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM! I received a gift and returned it as per the instructions and policy. I received proof of postage with a signed for name and photo from the delivery company. When I didn’t receive a returns notification from BuggyBaby I emailed (now over x5 emails) with no reply. There is a phone number but that line is dead. Their customer service is non existent! Gutted I’ve lost out on a item for my new baby and out of pocket to BuggyBaby! I will never shop here again and will warn all friends and family never to also.

Customer service and social media team are shocking the whole company is a shambles and scammers! They cancel orders without telling you, do not refund unless you email and put their prices up so that when you try and re-purchase the items they cancelled they are more expensive. They lie through their teeth and have not responded to any of my 4 emails in 7 days. Absolutely shocking customer service in a cost of living crisis. I also placed another order to see if the other order was a fluke and AGAIN they have not cancelled the order or refunded me but have cancelled the delivery and I only got an update from the courier! Have reported to Trading Standards, PayPal and the brand of the products they are selling!

No contact number for this company, I was sent an email saying I have been refunded, but no got anything and can't speak to them! will advise everyone to avoid this company.

Excellent next day delivery service, but that where the good thing ends The Company is run from a Farm north of Ipswich, with absolutely minimal or no after sales service There is no listed telephone number on the web site, but with a search of the internet you can reveal 01473 737041 So I contacted this number to be answered by an “Offsite Reception Company”. BabyBuggy states “We do use of offsite reception company. The reason being is so that we want all correspondence to be via email. But I suspect it`s not only “offsite” but more “offshore” Very difficult to understand the conversation They said, we will take down your details and you will be called back. However, their email address is equally unhelpful, it`s like receiving replies from a robot One reply was date stamped 0519, were BuggyBaby really at work that time of morning ? I requested a return of the Stroller as it did not meet the spec which was published. At one point, an email asked “Could I take Video of the problem” I replied “No I do not have this facility and then described the problem in some depth” Their reply “We appreciate the message. How can we help?” – WHAT! The Company seems to make a point of avoiding personal one to one verbal contact with its Customers. You will wait at least 24hrs for a robotic email reply. They are Box Shifters : Namely a retail company which aims to maximize sales with little regard for quality or customer care. They agreed to take back the Stoller but reserved the right to levy a fee for any missing or broken items. Fair enough, but they don’t mention what those fees will be. For peace of mind, I will keep the Stroller and sell it locally on Ebay where I am guaranteed a full and immediate payment into my bank.

Ordered a baby car seat for £315 and had a used one sent. Terrible company in replying back, no telephone number. Takes them a day to reply back. They arrange up collection of the item and want to charge me postage even when they accepted their mistake. See attached photos of used baby car seat buggybaby delivered to me

I noticed a manufacturing fault with the pram as soon as I took it out of the box. A week later and I still have no answers from BuggyBaby, just standard reply emails. Terrible customer service via email and no phone number for them so you can't take to them. Yes the prams are good value but that's useless if you are then left with a pram you can't use. Avoid this company.

Do not use this company. Their customer service is dreadful. You can reply to an email to them within minutes but guaranteed you won't get a reply until the following day. Zero empathy, it's like taking to a robot.... Actually that would be more satisfying as you would then have a number to call - there is no number. Only the email. They have £306 of mine a week on despite the item being returned via their courier. I wish I had given my money to another company. Shame on them.

The worst experience ever! Bought a faulty pushchair and contact with this company to fix a problem is a joke! There is no contact number just email and they might respond once a day if you are lucky. Do not recommend at all!

Awful customer service. I returned a £130 item which was missing an A3 bit of cardboard (used to support the item) when the item was received by them they did not let me know they had received it, they did not contact me to tell me I had forgotten to send any of the content. instead it took me 5 emails to get a reply. when I requested a refund they said the best they could do for me was take £20 off. for a CARDBOARD cut out. just insulting.

Paid for a pushchair to be delivered last Thursday and still waiting. Paid the extra delivery. Said it was deliveeed in the shed which was a lie because the shed is locked! Rang Monday to some answering service for buggy baby to be told someone would ring back very urgently, rang again Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to be told that they do t have a number for buggy baby only a email address. How on eart are you meant to get in contact with them other than email which they don’t reply too. DO NOT BUY FROM BUGGY BABY! Rogue firm!

Buggybaby are quick and happy to take your money, but very very bad at taking charge when warranty repairs/returns are needed. Communications from buggybaby are laughable. They do not advertise their phone number, and return emails on average at a rate of less than one per day. The month we had trying to sort out our pram through them was so stressful and caused so much anxiety that in the end we had to get it sorted direct with Britax. Buggybaby then had the affront to take umbridge with the fact that I am leaving appropriate feedback advising people of this. There is a complete lack of any professionalism or them taking charge of issues that THEIR customers have encountered. 1 - Arrange warranty repair of a faulty pram and arrange to have it collected. Issue appeared that they INSIST on having it boxed securely, where after a year who has a box big enough? No leeway on this, will not accept bubblewrapped. 2 - BLATANT LIES - Will not arrange a loan pram and advise that Britax INSIST on us arranging a loan through them (Britax) even though Britax flatly told me that this is not true, and it should always be done through the supplier in this case BuggyBaby. 3 - No meaningful communications from BuggyBaby despite many requests for them to provide me with a phone number so I can be in touch. Less than 1 email per day on average from them, with minimal information on said email. 4 - Absolutely no update from them without being chased and chased for days via email (the only contact method they give) 5 - Single email saying "pram cannot be fixed, heres a refund" - no discussion of options! This caused us to go back to Britax and ask them what was going on, and for Britax to advise that an alternative should have been offered and that they could send a replacement to BuggyBaby pending repayment. This would have been acceptable but then we had to wait a further 5 days for refund to get into account before it could be repaid. 6 - again no contact from them with any meaningful information, rather than a request for a paypal payment. 7 - after much to-ing and fro-ing, finally had Britax advise we could keep the loan chair they provided us with if we paid them direct. I am so disgusted with BuggyBaby and their practices, and I am absolutely astounded that this joke of a company is still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I will NEVER do business with them again, and I urge others who read this review to go elsewhere too, else something happen that means they need help with an item when in warranty.
