“Prior to purchasing an ergopouch sleeping bag I had never heard of this company and was a bit weary about buying something off them. I took the risk as they were the best priced in the UK and it arrived within 2 days! I was very impressed considering most companies are not able to fulfill orders this fast during this current climate. Since then I have been looking for gifts and again they are the best priced so I have just bought 2 newborn organic gift sets off them to give as gifts. Value for money for sure as the individual prices of the items from the original website does actually work out to be the price stated as RRP. I will recommend them for sure! :)”

“Order 79619 There is no contact number to track the order. Fedex says my items weight is 0.1kg and is being dalayed I ordered. A baby buggy. It looks like i won't get one at all”

“I had a fault with my pushchair after some use and the customer service team sorted it very efficiently. They asked me to fill in one form and asked for some photos of the issue. Within 2 days I had a replacement part sent to my house and the pushchair is as good as new. Really impressed with the customer service team. I can't thank them enough.”
