However, I was disheartened (at first) when I received my tracking information. Perhaps the system had a glitch or a bug? it said that my order would not arrive until Jan 1st despite ordering on may 6th. I was very disappointed that it might take this long to arrive since I live only four hours from Sydney. We all know that tracking systems are not always accurate, but this was the first time I’d experienced such a long delay. I also did not appreciate the emails I received asking me to revise my review, all customers experiences are valid, even the disappointed ones.”

Only suggestion and reason I gave 4 stars for shopping, was that I didn't know afterpay was an option until I got to check out. I would have ordered it much sooner if I'd seen it available. “It was very easy to order and quick delivery too, which I'm very happy - thank you. But I find the inside of the B pole is very rusty. The pole wasn't in its plastic wrapping like the rest of poles & extensions. Is the rusty normal? I rub it off with methylated spirit it seems help and makes x joint sliding in a bit better and easier. Thank you”
