“Needed a hard-to-find SAS 4TB disk. I called the number instead of just clicking on the site, as another vendor (we all know who) lied about having it in stock. Scott checked and he said he had it, and was able to get it here in two days. It was delivered quickly. The thing is mirrored and in the RAID array as I type this.”
