“My mirror is the best purchase i’ve ever made. Easy purchase & set up as well as fastest shipping. I recently also purchased replacement bulbs just in case & they arrived within 2 days of the order being made. Wonderful customer service, they confirmed with me personally everything i was purchasing was correct to ensure a smooth transaction. 10/10 would recommend !”

“Although my mirror took nearly 2 months to arrive, I was very impressed with Heidis customer service. She was very polite whenever I had any questions regarding my order. The mirror itself is absolutely amazing 😍 was definitely worth the long wait.”

“Hi, we purchased this Hollywood mirror for our daughters 21st!! Delivery was delayed so it didn’t reach our daughter for her actual 21st - but this was understandable given the Covid-19 circumstances. The Australian representative (Heidi) was fantastic and kept us well informed all the way through the order and delivery stages. Unfortunately one of the bulbs didn’t work and no spares came with the delivery but when we mentioned this to Heidi she quickly rectified the situation apologising and sending out multiple replacement bulbs, which we really appreciated! It now sits proudly in all its lit glory on the dressing table - thank you - awesome service !!”

“We ordered 2 make up cases and they arrived in record time even with the current delays due to Covid-19 . Shipping fees were very generously waived even though the items were quite heavy .
