I'm having the same issue as everyone else - they missed the agreed delivery slot on Weds and today (Monday) the tracking hasn't been updated since Weds and still says out for delivery. Interested to know from the other people that have posted whether their parcels ever arrived? Did they end up claiming from the sender / credit card company? Has anyone tried just turning up at the depot and banging on the door?

Received email at 9am informing delivery will be this morning 09.45 - 11.45. I had to quickly rearrange my day. Delivery not arrived. Tried online chat for update, several times and couldn't get through. So the rest of my day is now going to be messed up. Online tracking hasn't shown any movement since I first looked. Bought item via B & Q ..will avoid in future.
