“Found the part i needed on Xenons 4U and was completely shocked that they sold original OEM parts off the shelf. The Part I wanted has been on back order from Mercedes for three months and has meant I had my car taken off the road and was unusable. Fitted the part today and currently the Code read says its all fixed! Over the moon with the speedy service and delivery the next day on this hard to obtain part! Thanks and well done for a great business - Phil in Rutland”

“I emailed Xenon4U regarding the part needed, they were quick to respond very polite and helpful. They required only few bits of info car model, and error message. After confirming, I placed the order, price was fair, delivery arrived on time, part correctly sent, fitted and working great, Thanks, Xenon4U”

“I recieved faulty Xenons. One of them didn't work and the other one died within couple of days. When contacted the seller, found him very rude and unprofessional. He promised a refund if I dipped the lights in water and sent him photos which I did but he still refused, so I forced him pay me back via PayPal resolution. Avoid this seller by all means.”

“£79 is far better price than £290 from Ford. Probably not genuine Osram part but works. Order process and delivery worked fine. So whats not to like.”

“As they contacted me by email.and trying to sortout this issue still need to have active contact telephone no as one on website is not working...but I call it human error to put two different address on one delivery...”

“Well, the controller works. What more cal I say…….? Well perhaps rather disappointed that whilst the ad’ referred to it as OEM, and I’m not arguing that, I don’t recall seeing anywhere on the ad or description that it’s a refurbished part…. The internal PCB, does indeed look new, but the outer case is definitely second hand, as are the seals. Part of me is really happy that it uses recycled materials, which seems to be very adequate”
