Appalling service, like all the other reviews, they either ignore you or blatantly lie. Will be persuing a small claims against them, including a trading standards complaint, hopefully get companies like these off the market, they are essentially thieves - avoid at all costs.

If I could leave minus stars I would. Delivery is slow, like super slow. I ordered last year and still haven't received my order. Customer Service is non existent! They will ignore emails and Whatsapp messages. Shambles of a company! Hopefully you read this before ordering- avoid avoid avoid!

Placed an order on 6th January for a number of items for my partner's birthday. Still no order or response to my emails received and from looking at the reviews I'm out of pocket by £80.00. Very disappointing!!

Shocking customer service skills. No response back on various platforms. No wander on Instagram you can't comment on posts. Still waiting for a response almost 2 weeks on and 3 WhatsApp 2 emails and various PM's later.

Used to be a great company, decent quality items. Now the quality is shocking, their customer service is even worse. Still waiting on an order from 3 weeks ago. Contacted them on their customer service WhatsApp, just gets ignored. Emails stating it will be dispatched on one of 2 set says are flat out lies, it was dispatched 3 days AFTER that ! My brother's last order was just as late, then he was told it was being dispatched that day, then the following day was told items were out of stock and was refunded. Was told they'd include a free gift as an apology. No free gift arrived when the parcel eventually did turn up. I've ordered plenty from them in the past, but they've slowly got worse and worse. Will never order from them again. Can't get orders dispatched for 2 weeks, but spam your email daily with their junk stock (garbage none brand hats that look like a job lot from a market ??)

I ordered two hoodies and some joggers, took me chasing twice to get a dispatch date. then took another three days to get the tracking details. once tracked i could see the goods did not reach the courier for two more days. finally got the goods and they feel decent but the hoods are wonky and twisted which either looks odd or feels uncomfortable. wont be ordering again pay the extra to get better.

Worst customer service I have ever come across, ordered 1st Jan, still no delivery. They have updated me with a Hermes tracking number but Hermes are yet to receive the package from Xplosive Ape. Don't answer whatsapp calls and response to messages is ridiculously slow and no resolution.

A month later and still no hoodie. I’ve sent emails with no response yet they bombard you with emails about their sale every day! Scammed out of £25! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

A shame I can't give half a star, don't bother ordering anything from these bunch of absolute trash monkeys, rude customer service, like your doing them a favour for ordering, they cba to send items out, unprofessional, total joke of a company, beware people please don't order and hope they go bust very soon, arrogant bunch of people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY where to begin? Late in dispatching item ordered, only after pestering via FB messenger told twice that it was going to be dispatched ASAP. Eventually received confirmation from Hermes telling me they were waiting for it. imagine my non surprise when Hermes emailed today saying the item will be delivered (but to a completely wrong address a local-ish chippy). again messaged the company via messenger telling them.. but as usual a 24 hour turnaround to reply to their messages. person at the chippy signed for the package, so I had to go down, show my email saying it had been delivered along with ID and I was able to convince them to give me the package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see why they remove the ability to comment on their Instagram posts because it would just be people complaining about not receiving orders. I'm inundated with emails from them with sales, we see the posts from their sponsored athletes pushing their discount codes.. Maybe if they focused on sorting out the paying customers orders first rather than pushing more promos and pushing their athletes they'd do better. If you're reading this, get yourself a better customer service and a better set of ethics and you might just stay in business

2 months and still not received my goods. Contacted several times but only received 1 reply saying that my order will be dispatched the end of the week which was now 4 weeks ago. Absolutely terrible, I am having to go through the bank to try and get my money back

Couldn't be worse if they tried they ignore customer most of the time and on the rare occasions they do respond they tell lies. Absolutely shocking worse company I've ever dealt with stay away from them.

Please stay away from this absolute joke, fraudulent, ripoff merchant of a company! Over 6 weeks since my order and still no delivery. They ignore the majority of your messages and when they do reply to a WhatsApp they ignore you reply! They told me items were out of stock two weeks ago and when I agreed to change them they send me a tracking number, after waiting two weeks i contacted them again to be told “your items are on the way” then suddenly a message yesterday that most items are out of stock (even the ones I agreed to change to). They now want to replace my order of 10 items with similar items in different colours but only 6 items 🤣🤣 can’t wait to speak with trading standards because there is so much more evidence online or how they are behaving (look at the review sites).

Terrible. Payment taken quickly but no goods received 3 weeks on, no communication from them either. I wish i had looked for reviews before ordering. Nothing good to say about them at this point, i assume this is a scam company and i have been robbed. I will never use them again.

What a joke of a company, put an order in on the 6th October still not received anything. Can only get in touch with them through email or WhatsApp and even then it’s a patchy conversation. They supposedly sent my parcel out to then find out they lost it before it went out, then items that I ordered weren’t in stock so asked for other options. Totally and utterly ignored to then just get a message saying “so do you want a refund or send your items out”, leave it I’ll have a full refund. Folks totally leave Xplosive Ape along and go straight to Silverback Gym wear you will not be disappointed, just wish I had taken my own advice!!!

Xplosive ape customer service team is the worst team with unprofessional management. They are unresponsive to customer emails. I placed my order on 20th September 2021 and till date (04th November 2021) i haven't received my shipment. I have written several emails and reminders and till now i haven't even received a single reply to my email. I just want refund. I don't want your bloody clothes anymore. i have waited long enough for this.

Shocking service. Order placed 9th , no notifications of despatch. Messaged several times, eventually confirmed despatched to Hermes 28th. A week later Hermes still waiting to receive. Cannot speak to anyone. They seem to send messages to fob you off. Ive requested a refund but still nothing or communications. They really need to read reviews. Another family member is having same issues. Absolutely disgraceful
