“Sent a hoody back as directed by them as it was the wrong size, sent it recorded delivery and they received it the next day. Every email and WhatsApp message has been received and ignored this is now going into the second month that they’ve had my item and I’m still being ignored. I won’t be buying from them again and telling everyone I train with not to use xplosive ape again!!!”
“Ordered 3 t-shirt combo in sale for £20.
Ordered at 12pm on Tuesday expecting same day dispatch, but it wasn't until the following Monday the order was sent (After I had chased it up)
Items arrived on Thursday and looked good out of the package. Wore each t-shirt once for training and washed on 30'c delicate cycle and hung dry. T-shirts shrunk 5cm (Yes I measured before and after) on length and the shoulder/sleeves shrunk out of shape. They now look short and baggy around the waist.
Contacted Xplosiveape and they sent replacements.
Washed replacements on 20'c and hung dry on the line. Same thing. T-shirts shrunk and are now out of shape and look rubbish.
Contacted Xplosiveape and have been given a full refund, minus the postage which I will be asking for.
Overall I feel that the quality of product this company now offers has fallen far below what they used to sell. I had a t-shirt (Don't talk to me range) for many years and wore it to death, washed it on many hot cycles with spin and had no problems.
Considering they market themselves as gym apparel I don't feel that some of their products are fit for purpose, as the slightest amount of moisture seems to cause shrinkage.
Won't be using again and instead will be looking for Silverback products instead. ☹️”
“Ordered first set of 3 combo t shirts never arrived after alot of messages sent replacement of 3 graffiti combo t shirts .worn them once they've faded .gone really baggy around the bottom and shrank .washed on 30 degree wash dried naturally. Messages XplosiveApe sent photos proof they offered me 30% discount on reorder shirts are a load of rubbish can't even wear them a second time”

A really shoddy experience with this company. After 7 working days I got in touch to ask what was the progress with my item, they said it takes 7 working days for it to be dispatched from their warehouse even though on their website it states Royal Mail delivery is 3-4 working days. So that was a load cod’s wallop. A few more days past and I contacted again. They said they’d look into it. I then received a random £3.50 refund email for the postage and packaging but nothing else. A day later They then said that they are looking into where the order is.
Next response - is that they have sold out of the item and that they told me about this but had no response from me. What a load of Crock Shizzer & lies. Then had the audacity to say that they can send another pair out.
I responded and asked for a refund.
They then proceeded to ignore my requests. After having to contact them through WhatsApp I eventually got a response saying that they will refund me.
Why are you advertising stock that you don’t have?? And letting people give you’re company money then waiting 2 weeks to tell them they’re not in stock. What a bunch of monkeys!!”
“Ordered 4xl as the 3xl was a tad small so wanted a more generous fit.., three 4xl T-shirt came and was same size as the 3xl they then wanted me to send them back for a bigger size I haven’t the time so I’ve now unsubscribe from them , sizing from these guys are atrocious since they been took over, and the delivery is way to long compared to other companies!”
“Placed my order on the 11th Feb, received half of my order on the 11th March and had to chase them ever since for my missing item. Whatsapp "customer service" are rude, evasive and lie. Myself and my partner used to really like this company but now we will never use them again, theyve let themselves down massively, shame on them... Thieves...”
“Put My order in on March 10th, never received items so messaged customer service took the 3 days to tell me the courier company lost my items so they resent my order, which finally arrived on the 27th but my hoodie was not in the order so have had to message them again which I have not heard back from yet, worse thing is I didn’t even get an apology for messing up the first time, would not use again.”
“I never write reviews but I've never experienced anything like this. I ordered a sweatshirt back in early February, after just shy of two weeks of waiting (told 3-5 days) I received a jumper that was blue when I ordered red. After over 10 attempts to contact the company on different platforms I got a WhatsApp message saying they'll get a red one to me in 24 hours. Today (8 days later) I get a parcel that was torn to shreds but with a red jumper inside that is alot smaller that the blue one and has had the label cut out of it so that I wouldn't notice. PayPal have agreed to refund me but my time is more important than any of that. I'm waiting for a response from the company as to what to do next.
I would strongly advise you spend your money somewhere else.”
“Ordered early Feb 2021 and as before time went by and I received a phone call saying my items will arrive Monday due to covid etc they are behind.
Fully appreciated the phone call and even mentioned it to friends that the company contacted me not the other way around. Items will be here Monday. However nothing sent emails text messages on WhatsApp however the replies stopped. Messages are not being read.
I should have learnt from past experience but I genuinely like the products and decided to give them another chance.
They have got something special there a product that’s great and a lot of people want and desire, could have made a lot of business. It’s shame lost £46 down the drain.

“Ordered 3 items for my son for Christmas early December.
Only two were received, as at 11 Jan third item still not received. Have sent 4 or 5 emails chasing missing item. Only the first one was replied to promising a tracking number the following day. This was never received. Given the other reviews with similar experiences I would advise to give this company a wide berth. I haven asked for a refund for the missing item and this has also been ignored!”
